Horrible. I stressed the importance of not wanting droopy eyelids from too much tox in my forehead like I had at a previous place to the lady doing consulting AND voiced several times this was my main concern to the injector who took me back. They talked me into 18 more units and I was shocked my the total. I was never given a pricing breakdown at all of anything. It was around $576 but I agreed hoping for the best. Guess what? Droopy eyelids. I went for my follow up 2 weeks later and they "fixed it" with the help of a PA telling her where to put the injections. ( I had seen it in a 20 second Instagram video) I was then told I owed an additional $200 for them "fixing" what was not done properly the first time. They were very rude on my way out casually saying "maybe we'll see ya around." They made me feel so uncomfortable. I thought this was a place that was supposed to make you feel good about yourself. Doubt it. I'm having to pull my eyes up every morning to put my makeup on and it's been 2 weeks since they allegedly fixed the issue. This place is awful and they shouldn't charge for their mistakes. Especially when people are driving way out of their way excited to try a new place. They could have gained a new long time customer but I would never recommend this place. And I waited over 20 minutes past my appt time. I hope no one else has to go through this. Also, I was told in the consultation that before and after pics would be taken. That didn't happen either. Wonder why. I'm definitely getting my certified mail ready! There are much better places ladies!!!! read more

Their laser treatment doesn't work at all. I was promised upto 80% hair reduction. Forget about that I haven't even seen 50% at the end of 8 sessions. Once I stopped, the hair growth was same as before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Ps- Staff is nice and friendly but the treatment seemed like waste of time and money. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am only posting because I want others to be informed. I had a microdermabrasion done here and the esthetician seemed off. I brushed it off until she started telling me my face was having a reaction and asking me if it's normal. wTF she should know! I'm freaking at this point and she never went over possible side effects. I had given her a medical rundown prior. So my face is red and hot as I leave and she LAUGHED in my face saying "Sorry". At this point I think she was on some sort of drugs because who does that. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the place was and noone followed up to check on me. Thank GOD I didn't let anyone there use a laser on my face. Word to the wise: go to a dermatologist, it's not worth the risk. read more

Completely unprofessional--the receptionist brings her yippin' dog to work. That chihuahua snarled and barked at me like you wouldn't believe. Nothing like going in for a skin care procedure and being greeted by Kujo or hearing a dog bark when you are receiving a treatment. The chair in the treatment room had holes in it. I swear, they looked like cigarette burns. It was weird. I liked Dr. Rossio. He was very precise with the botox injections. Their prices are good-only $14 per unit. But I don't think a low price is reason enough to go back especially with that out-of-control dog. read more

I received 3 picosure tattoo removal treatments and my tattoo has barely faded. They claimed that I would be able to see a huge difference after three treatments and you can barely tell the difference. I wasted a lot of time and money for little results. I have left numerous emails for the staff to respond to me and sadly no one has responded to my emails. Very unprofessional! Cleveland has many clinics that perform all the same procedures as this clinic so I will walk away knowing that I wasted my time and money for nothing and I will find a different clinic in Cleveland to perform my future procedures. read more

I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I had botox injections and I am pretty sure the botox they use is either old or watered down. After my brief consult with the assistant, Dr. Rossio came in to do the injections. He basically treats it like a factory job - comes in, serious rush job on the injections, no communication, and out he runs. That would be fine, if I thought the results were good, but they aren't. A week and a half later, I still have tons of movement and am able to furrow my brow, the one area I emphasized in my consult. I'm not a first timer with Botox, so I know how the results usually come out for me. I was a first timer and last timer with Cosmetic Rejuvenation. Inexpensive for a reason. I was a long time client until I had an IPL procedure that left me with less hair on one of my eyebrows. The procedure was done over a year ago and although I have left multiple messages, for the owner, to try to make things right...I have not received a call. It was a new handle (for the laser) and a new doctor that Dr Rossio was training and used me as a guinea pig, only to permanently change me eyebrows forever! Beware!! read more

Dr Rossio was not in the day I came in for my Laser Hair Removal Treatment & the nurse told me that I don't have to remove my makeup when I specifically asked her a few times if this is a problem. The laser treatment hurt so bad that I was crying in the chair but the doctor didn't think anything was wrong. Right after I left, I broke out with painful & horrible looking burns all over my face which lasted for more than a few weeks. I am now traumatized to go back for laser treatments because of that horrible experience!!! I am extremely upset & I am thinking of sueing them!!! It was extremely embarassing walking around with a burnt face & I didn't leave my house or go to work. Not to mention the barking, snarling dog that the receptionist was holding at the front desk.
