I wanted to support and stay local and I pass this place on my way to work everyday. Sooo I had just bought a dozen hats to get our business name printed on them. I emailed few times back and forth... the guy I was talking to was clearly annoyed and said why don't you just measure the one you have.. I kept telling him that I don't have one printed I was just wearing the hat with no logo on it. He was irritated by simple resizing and didn't want to help me get the correct sizing for my order. I knew messaging could be difficult so to make this a smooth process I stopped by the next day and asked him if he could just print my logo on paper to see what the sizing would look like.. he was very annoyed and irritated with my request.. like if it isn't his job to make sure sizing comes out correct. Reluctantly he resizes my logo and prints it out on a piece of paper... only two different sizes their "standard" and 3.5" I had mentioned that I love silk screening and printing for some odd reason he took offense and angrily said " why don't you just do it then" and he was about to kick me out and I said no I just like doing it I don't want to go buy a press and do it myself. I just enjoy the process. I borrowed their scissors and tape and mocked up my OWN HATS hahaha (see pics) isn't this his business and part of the service to mock up the hats. A week later I get a email or a call saying my order was ready. I pull out the first hat and see that they pressed it with so much heat that it ruined and burned into the fabric. I thought for sure it was an honest mistake and the rest should be fine... NO EVERY SINGLE HAT WAS BURNED! This is such a wasteful thing to do.. I Wasted time money energy and resources. It's very sad to see that people handle their business this way. I would never recommend them to anyone... I feel He did this intentionally and why I don't know I was only trying to get my order made and got treated terribly.. also if they don't see anything wrong with this then that's the level of service you can expect from them.

Based on that promise, I dropped off multiple shirts as instructed and was told I'd receive a mock-up for approval before anything was printed. After that, they completely disappeared. Communication stopped entirely. I followed up multiple times and was met with total silence--no responses, no mock-up, no update, and no explanation. I was left wondering what was happening with my order and with the shirts I had already handed over to them. What makes this even worse is that they were recommended by Bear Essentials LLC, so I trusted that recommendation and expected a professional experience. When I followed up with Bear Essentials as well--since she said she knew them--I was ignored there too. Now, because of their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for communication, I am left without the shirts I needed for a funeral. This was time-sensitive and important, and they chose to ignore me instead of simply being honest or responding. So not only did the stop responding, but the person who referred them also stopped replying once there was an issue. It is beyond unprofessional to take someone's items, make promises about turnaround time, and then fail to do the bare minimum of simply responding. This whole experience has been nothing but stressful and unacceptable. What a way to treat someone who was genuinely trying to support a small business. I would absolutely not recommend Dizzy Printing or anyone connected to this situation to people who value reliability, honesty, and basic communication.

From then on, it has been difficult to speak with the owner, Augustine, and get my hats. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails asking for updates and received nothing. I will include screenshots of my emails in this review. At one point, Andrew Ponce, a former employee, emailed me and said he no longer works for the company and wishes me luck. At the beginning of January 2022, I went to the shop to see where my hats were. They were still on the counter, undone. I spoke with the employee at the front desk and he had no information about the hats because they were Augustine's deal. He called Augustine for me who said they would be done within a week or two. At the beginning of February, 2022, Augustine emailed me and said the hats would be ready that Friday. They were not. I went this past Friday and the hats were still not done. I made a font change to the design proposal they sent, which was acknowledged and confirmed via email by Tammy with a revised design. When I came to pick the items up, they were embroidered with the wrong design. Obviously at this point, there's nothing that we can do to change their mistake because the damage has already been done. For this, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work which was not what we specified. After this, we still found ourselves back for another order, this time for travel gear. We had a trip planned and made sure to put in our order early enough to receive the items in time. The order was placed on January 17th, and the employees usually give a timeline of when the items will be completed by. We were told anytime up until February 9th at the latest. Come February 9th, we receive an invoice which now says their machine is down today and the items will not be completed until the 22nd, which was too late. Again, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work not done in the promised timeline because they decided to procrastinate until the final day and their machine had issues on that day. Throughout this process, both Tammy and another woman whose name I do not recall were rude and without any sense or urgency to fulfill our orders with accuracy or timeliness after us giving them over $1,500 of business. What pushed me to finally leave this review is now the printing that was done is fading, cracking, and peeling for many of our team members. So overall, poor quality work not done correctly or on time with employees who lack accountability for their mistakes and are rude to customers. I have invoices from December 2021 and two in February 2022 for three orders placed with your company. The first order was smooth, so I had no reason to be wary of using your services again. The concerns about the incorrect embroidery were immediately made clear upon pickup of the items, and I'm not sure how that may have been fixed given the garments were already embroidered with the wrong design. With regard to the delay in completion, I was notified of this at 2:47 PST on the promised day of completion, and responded with my concerns via email within 3 hours at 5:18 PST on the same day, per my email records (please correct me if I'm wrong). I understand that may not be as quick of a response as you hope for, but I cannot always be on my phone. You also mentioned the gear that we used, which was in fact Lululemon. You are 100% correct that I did agree to a release of liability and was advised that your company had not previously worked with the brand. For this reason, I asked for your "professional" (and unofficial) opinion on whether you thought your services would be suitable for the apparel, to which I was told that there shouldn't be any problems, but that could not be guaranteed. I completely understand this, as you see waivers and releases almost everywhere now. I am not trying to hold you liable for anything, just sharing my personal experience after I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality, timeliness, detail, and customer service that was provided.
