Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Found this place from yelp haha and saw it had good ratings and it was near my work so I thought ok let's check it out. I walked in on my lunch break and asked if they can do single embroidery or does it have to be in bulk. They can do both, but I only needed one jacket done. The lady was very helpful and looked at the tag to make sure they use the right materials on my jacket. She even helped with the layout and told me I would receive a text BEFORE they embroider to make absolutely sure it is what the customer wants. True to her word they texted me a picture of the image before placing it on, and I approved the picture and 30 minutes later it was ready!! So now I have my work jacket with my name on it and I love it! Looks very professional! Definitly gonna use this place now on! read more

I came in to get some programs done for my dads funeral. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Cynthia. It was a very difficult time for me as I was so torn with my fathers loss. So I sadly replied hello back. She asked me what I was looking for??? She was very kind and caring,,,, poor thing she listened to my sobbing and was trying to listen to best help me with what I needed. I sort of had an idea, but wasn't quite sure how best to put my pictures together or in what order. As she was suggesting some ideas, her husband arrived at the shop. I went back a few weeks after to pick up my cards and they were beautiful She even took her time to add in some specials details she found from my dads country that gave the cards that extra special touch. I originally looked for a embroidery shop near my home, but was disappointed to find out that they were booked solid with athletic team orders. So I googled places near my work and found this little shop. I sent them a message with the specs on Wednesday asking if they could do an embroidery order and have it ready by Friday for my daughter's birthday that coming weekend. I received a reply within MINUTES with a quote and an agreement that it was no problem. So I quickly dropped off the order. I did get a little lost finding it, but when I got there she had already printed up samples of lettering for me with my daughter's name. She took the final order details and told me it would be ready by Friday at noon. I was so relieved to find a place that was willing to do it so quickly, after all I did wait til the last minute. Then on Thursday before lunch, I received a message stating that my order was ready... one day early!! I immediately went and picked it up.
