Their customer service is poor. I worked with them to get my son's letterman jacket and was told it would take 6 weeks, it took 3 months. Had some other work they did where delays and excuses were the norm. They don't respond to emails, or inquiries on orders. Each time used them it seemed like there were constant excuses or emails not received, someone was sick, shipping delays etc. I finally got tired of the inconsistent communication and excuses. I used Wright Designs in 2022 to have about 125 items printed and embroidered over a few orders. I encountered multiple issues to the point where we had to find a new printer. I made a font change to the design proposal they sent, which was acknowledged and confirmed via email by Tammy with a revised design. When I came to pick the items up, they were embroidered with the wrong design. Obviously at this point, there's nothing that we can do to change their mistake because the damage has already been done. For this, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work which was not what we specified. After this, we still found ourselves back for another order, this time for travel gear. We had a trip planned and made sure to put in our order early enough to receive the items in time. The order was placed on January 17th, and the employees usually give a timeline of when the items will be completed by. We were told anytime up until February 9th at the latest. Come February 9th, we receive an invoice which now says their machine is down today and the items will not be completed until the 22nd, which was too late. Again, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work not done in the promised timeline because they decided to procrastinate until the final day and their machine had issues on that day. Throughout this process, both Tammy and another woman whose name I do not recall were rude and without any sense or urgency to fulfill our orders with accuracy or timeliness after us giving them over $1,500 of business. What pushed me to finally leave this review is now the printing that was done is fading, cracking, and peeling for many of our team members. So overall, poor quality work not done correctly or on time with employees who lack accountability for their mistakes and are rude to customers. I have invoices from December 2021 and two in February 2022 for three orders placed with your company. The first order was smooth, so I had no reason to be wary of using your services again. The concerns about the incorrect embroidery were immediately made clear upon pickup of the items, and I'm not sure how that may have been fixed given the garments were already embroidered with the wrong design. With regard to the delay in completion, I was notified of this at 2:47 PST on the promised day of completion, and responded with my concerns via email within 3 hours at 5:18 PST on the same day, per my email records (please correct me if I'm wrong). I understand that may not be as quick of a response as you hope for, but I cannot always be on my phone. You also mentioned the gear that we used, which was in fact Lululemon. You are 100% correct that I did agree to a release of liability and was advised that your company had not previously worked with the brand. For this reason, I asked for your "professional" (and unofficial) opinion on whether you thought your services would be suitable for the apparel, to which I was told that there shouldn't be any problems, but that could not be guaranteed. I completely understand this, as you see waivers and releases almost everywhere now. I am not trying to hold you liable for anything, just sharing my personal experience after I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality, timeliness, detail, and customer service that was provided. In October of 2024, I ordered 100+ hoodies from this company. To no fault of them, I was missing a hoodie. I also needed the same exact design, but on a shirt. I requested these items on October 16th. I was told they would get them done for me. They sent me the invoice, and I paid. I still have not received my items. On the 3rd of November, they emailed me saying they were ready for pick up. I requested my two items be mailed as I live a little far. Tammy from Wright Designs said that was possible as long as I paid a $10 fee. I paid the $10 fee, and again, have not received my package. I have sent many emails and texts and have only been replied to once, and she said "Hi I have been out of the office but I will check tomorrow" That was about 3 weeks ago, and she has not gotten back to me about what the status was when she "checked". I went in to have an embroidery job done, very simple logo and the girl helping had one word answers to my questions. She literally stood looking at me if I was interrupting her. Lets start with the good. This company came by way of a referral. The front office was clean and neat. And from what I could see so is the work they turn out. Here is were it all goes down hill. I went to Wright Designs on a Friday. At that time no one was able to help me with a quote on vinyl wrapping my HHR, this is a big job. But that's not all, I also needed to have 50 to 100 shirts done. 50 jackets 1000 pens. We were about to launch and new company ad campaign. I went back to the store 2 more times. Once I was told that everyone who could help me was out to lunch. So I sent the John Wright an Email with all the information and art work needed to complete the estimate. John assured me it would be done first thing in the morning. RIGHT! I had to call him at 1:30 and ask about the quote. Keep in mind he had the art work the whole time. He asked do you want the back window done I said yes only the window. I get a quote for $165.00 Wow that's a great price but what about the rest of my quote? Nothing... He just dropped the ball! What a waste of 4 days 5 emails and the time to tell you that I will never give them a dime. read more

I placed an order for about $1,600.00 for shirts, business cards and magnetic truck signs. It was at the beginning of December. First, I was told that the owners' wife had lost my order at a hotel in San Francisco (Really!) then the order kept getting pushed back. When I did pick up shirts, nothing was bagged or tagged with size and style. The shirts were thrown in a box and the ones that I wanted for presents were completely wrinkled. My business cards were not there, the khaki jacket that I ordered for my husband was black, I was missing a shirt. I was told when I called to check up on my shirt that it would be ready next week, then the next week and then the next week. Finally got the business cards, was tired of waiting for my shirt that I told them to just give me a full refund for my shirt and my husbands jacket of which they said no problem. Yeah, right! Every time I called to inquire about my refund check I was told that it had already been mailed but I did not receive. It took about 6 weeks to get my refund check. I will never, ever use them again. Unfortunately, I had a $100 lulu sweatshirt ruined when they printed a logo on the wrong spot. They told me prior that if the machine messed up they wouldn't cover the cost of the sweatshirt. However, after being told that the printers haven't had any mess up, I agreed to have them print on my garments. I received my sweatshirt and the logo was printed in the wrong spot, a spot that makes the sweatshirt look completely awkward, unwearable. I was told the owner(Jon wright) printed the sweatshirt, since their printer had just up and quit. So this was an owner error not machine error. Being a business owner myself, I would never want to leave a client unhappy. Unfortunately, they believed they gave me fair warning that they could potentially ruin my sweatshirt, I however believe that was the owners error and should have made it right with me. You can be the judge but I took our business elsewhere and have so far been much happier. read more

This comment comes after doing business with Wright Design for over 3 years. I have coached baseball teams at the local park and soccer teams while registered with AYSO. They have always done a fantastic job with no mistakes. If they do make a mistake they will own up to it and make the corrections with no questions asked. I also have a travel baseball team and half the kids are from the local league and the other half is from another park. The parents suggested other vendors that they use but we insisted that we use wright design. We made the right decision because the quality is always at it's best and that is what you can expect when you do business with them. I would suggest to anyone looking to place an order that you do get your orders turned in and give them enough time to work on it. I have seen people complain about times and deadlines but they don't realize that are not being fair by expecting work to get done without a reasonable amount of time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Was told that it is not their job to accommodate their customers. Tammy Wright is the worst. She acts like she is doing you a favor when you walk in. Horrible quality of work. Every year, there are multiple problems with jerseys. This year I ordered one size and they gave me a smaller size. When I questioned it, Tammy's response was it should fit. So we had a jersey that no one wore all season because they can't even own up to their own mistakes.
