My previous lash stylist had just given birth and was taking time off and I hadn't had a service in well over 4 weeks. Not only does she do foreign fills, but Kathy also has extremely affordable prices. By the time I could open my eyes and see my new set of lashes, I was shook! Kathy works FAST! I had previously been used to sitting 1.5-2.5 hours and my appointment was maybe 30-45 minutes. Not only are the prices great, but also the service is well worth it! She has excellent availability and always works with you to schedule when it's convenient! Needless to say I haven't ever gone back to my previous lash artist. She was the best, very friendly, welcoming and talented. She was sure of her skills and made sure you are comfortable and happy with your eyebrows's shape and color. After the session, she also gave me very clear and easy aftercare instructions and made a follow up appointment for touch up. I needed an annual touchup so I decided to use her. As someone who has had micro blading done several times, I cannot even describe how much better Patti's method is than traditional microblading. There was no bleeding, no pain, no daily vaseline aftercare, and no scabbing in the eyebrows. Seriously impressed with how my eyebrows turned out and how much better this method is than traditional microblading. Recently she wanted to come in to get her lashes done before a big birthday bash with friends. Since I wear the pants in the relationship, I let her know that I wasn't going to go with her, because guys don't go to lash bars! So when I got to the Lashbar, my first impression is that the salon is bright and inviting with a posh look. Everything looks clean and sanitary. I proceeded to sit in the boyfriend waiting room which most people call 'the lobby' a.k.a. 'entrance', where there was a nice, plush sofa ready for me to ponder life and the significance of the significant other. As I waited, the nice owner offered me their signature champagne even though I wasn't in there for long. I'm not a big champagne guy, but I tasted it and it was actually pretty good! As we conversed, the owner went on to tell me that this franchise has multiple locations in San Diego where it originated and is well known for their quality and service. Well, they backed their claims because afterwards my girlfriend said the technicians make sure to go the full mile to see that you are satisfied with your look and final lashes. Also very attentive and make sure you are comfortable while getting treated. You know how "particular" our sweet, loving, amazing wife/girlfriend/family can be when it comes to how they look before a big occasion.
