Michelle does a great job! She is very sweet as well. I got my eyelash extensions done by her initially and just went back for the fill. They look great, feel nice, and the fill only took 1.5 hours! Pricing is fair. She also offers a "Facial Club" which I will be doing monthly. Her spa is in a nice area in Gilbert, it is a bit hard to find though! It's located in the center East part of the parking lot, the front is the big round cement wall. If you have issues call and she'll come out though so no worries. Overall, I'd say yes! I met with Tiffany today and had a very awkward and less than pampering experience. During my chemical peel she washed my face, slapped the peel on and sent me on my way. She also got solution in my left eye which stung very badly. To make things worse she kept cracking jokes, calling me a one eye momma multiple times. Tonight I'm experiencing some blurriness in the eye she got chemicals in and I have an appointment with my optometrist on Monday. If there is damage to my eye, it is not going to be very funny. She also didn't apply the chemical peel in some areas of my face and I had to return back and have her add the peel in that specific area. Upon my arrival she stated that she had just purchased a new bottle of this specific peel because a previous customer complained that the same peel applied didn't work. She mentioned she was unaware the chemical peel had a shelf life. I left feeling uneasy and disappointed at spending over $100. I've been starring at my face all day and the only thing changing is 3 red spots on my right cheek. The rest of my face is exactly how it is any other day. There is no tightness or redness or flaking. Absolutely nothing. Needless to say, I am contacting the owner of this establishment on Monday and will expect a full refund on my Amex because ripping people off and trying to blind them is against the law. I picked this place based off of the reviews I found on Yelp. Tiffany told me that she has persuaded people in leaving reviews by offering them discounts. That's not very authentic. She is so professional, courteous, and I have really enjoyed going to see her for all my waxing needs! Have been to see Sandra for three Brazilian waxes and a HARD CORE awesome chemical peel. Yes, waxes can be painful, but ladies, this is as close to painless as it gets! Scale of 1-10 is a 1.5, maybe a 2 in certain spots still holds from my first appointment review. I am really picky about salon services and can assure you that Sandra is super detail oriented down to finalizing any strays with a tweezer if necessary. No bumps, no soreness. Go see Sandra and you won't hesitate to make this part of your regular beauty routine. She also did a great chemical peel on me. I am Mexican and have dark spot sun damage in places. She evaluated my skin and used her expertise to choose from a variety of chemical peels she has available. Paula is amazing!!! First of all, she is so easy-going when it comes to scheduling an appointment. My mom bought me the Yelp deal for Christmas, but I was going to be out of town for a while. When I called to make an appointment, everyone was busy, but Paula got back to me with a text pretty quickly. We then organised everything over text and it made it really easy. A few weeks later, I came in for an eyebrow wax and microdermabrasion. Everything was wonderful. The waxing didn't hurt at all, and the microdermabrasion was so relaxing. The room was really comfortable and made to help clients relax with it's soothing colours, candles, and light music. Paula prepped my skin with soft scrubs, masks, and lotions, and then proceeded with the microdermabrasion. Before she started with that, she told me that it would feel like a cat's tongue licking my face. She was right, it totally did, so it felt a little tingly but not painful at all. Afterwards, she helped sooth my skin with a few other masks and lotions/moisturisers. Did I mention she also have me a wonderful head and neck massage while the masks set? Everything was fantastic, and my skin never felt better! After the procedure, she sat down with me to talk through the aftercare so I would know how to protect my skin and know what to expect. My massage by Amanda was so relaxing because she took the time to really work on muscle groups that were giving me issues. She gave me great advice on how to follow up when I got home. Love this place! I have been a client of Tiffany's for about two years, and I couldn't be happier with my skin. When I started seeing her I had issues with clogged pores, dull looking complexion, fine lines, and just overall blah skin.
