First, if you are coming here expecting to be able to finance, this will not be the dealership for you. You have to already have cash, money order/cashiers check, or financing lined up. I have no reason to give anything other than a five star rating here. The owner and his wife are very pleasant people and willing to work with you. While I was there, an older gentleman was in the process of working with the owner to find a specific vehicle. Apparently he has purchased several vehicles here and keeps coming back. A young man came in while I was there that was also searching for his second car from them. I take these as a positive indicators. If you need a specific vehicle, ask one of the owners, chances are, they will search auctions for you. You can't buy a $500 car and expect that it is going to get you endless years of adventures. My biggest suggestion though if you can't decide if you want to buy a vehicle here, take the vehicle to a mechanic and get a pre purchase inspection (let one of the owners know you will need it longer than 20 minutes for this reason, they are reasonable people) and then you will know the mechanical issues you will be walking into. You are buying used cars which were likely purchased at auction. It is your money being spent to buy a car, do your part to know what you are walking into. I did buy a vehicle here and so far I am quite pleased with my purchase. There are a few minor issues with the car, but I still feel like I got a good deal. If I could give 0 stars I would. Luis sold my 82 year old grandmother a car (2014 Hyundai Santa Fe) On July 25th that my husband was driving while his was getting fixed. 3 weeks to the date the car caught flames on my husbands drive home from work with no prior warning. The car completely exploded and is a total loss a month before we even owed the first payment. Luis was called and his initial response was that it's hot outside and engines get hot. Then immediately asked if we were in the market for a new SUV. When buying the car Luis gave uneccessary information about how the payment process works on his end. He told us that he doesn't get paid for a car until 6 weeks after it's sold. After our phone call with the bank they informed me he in fact had gotten paid 10 days after we bought it. I really think that he tried to make it seem like you are really helping out a family business which is just a con. After this incident we looked up the open recalls trying to make sense of the explosion in which we found out that upon buying the car there were 8 open recalls on it to which Luis never informed us of. 1 of said recalls causes the car to catch fire. BE CAREFUL if you are interested in buying a car from here. We are not the first ones this has happened to and we probably won't be the last. The only saving grace was that my 2 year old daughter nor grandma was in the car when this happened. read more

I went to look at a car. I called the place no answer. I call back still no answer. I noticed they texted instead of calling me back. First red flag. They texted what I need help with I said I want to look at a car They have in there lot. They scheduled the test drive the following day in the afternoon so I could drive it. I drove 30 minutes to look at the car showed up and hour early just to see it and also see what else would be a good back up to get if it doesn't work out. I get out the car look through the lot. The car I wanted wasn't there. So I asked where it was they sold it 15 minutes before I showed up. no call to let me know. I just wasted my gas And time. Don't trust this dealership. As well as the directions to the place are off by a lot. Another huge red flag. buyers beware. read more

My 17 yr old daughter saved for several yrs for a car we bought a 2009 bmw 328i for 7850 dollars in October. She has put less than 1000 miles on it . The car is small she feels unsafe it also has a rumble in the engine we did not feel until after we bought it. I've bought two vehicles from this shady low brown stealership that is either wholly incompetent or willfully deceptive and ripping people off. The first vehicle was in 2019 I had just moved to the area and needed a vehicle but with a very tight budget of $3000. I should have gone with the first test drive a great low mileage Toyota avalon for 500 bucks more. The volvo s80 t6 was sold to me with a slipping transmission, busted radio, and non functional nav system screen. If you buy a car at auction and test drive it discovering a major flaw with a terminal end requiring large amounts of money to fix that needs to be disclosed and the price reflecting the repairs needed and not market value. Thankfully that car got totalled by a drunk driver and I replaced it enthusiastically with a Toyota 4runner built to last and not built to fail. I went back to Inka motors after seeing a great car that I really wanted an Acura TL 2004 with low mileage for a Honda/Acura 100,000 for $7000 just needed to finance $2500 but couldn't make it work. So settled again for the only thing I could afford a 2003 Buick Century 100,000 miles for $3000 out the door. It ran very smooth didn't have check engine light shifted smooth. Only caveat was busted AC which ended up just being a blown fuse. They made sure to clean up the engine bay really well and top off all the fluids after copious flushing. It ran well till 9 months later in the 100+ degree heat noticed temperature gauge going up too high and pulled over checked the coolant reservoir and almost dry. Shortly thereafter the radiator began running hot and slowly leaking coolant. It.got worse and worse till it would overheat every time I tried driving. Now the BCM needs replacing because the security system is locking me out the car. It was partially my fault making an impulsive purchase cuz I needed a car asap, but a good businessman doesn't sell inferior quality products and consistenly like they don't care they are taking advantage of lower income individuals desperate for wheels only to buy a worthless money pit! Inks motors is a trash dealership stealership with terrible customer service too very shady psycho types probably laundering money in this business. read more

I bought a car for my daughter (her first) We had a $3,500 limit bought with the bulk of our tax return. We spent $3,900 on a 2008 PT Cruiser cause it was her first car and it had all the bells and whistles. I promised her a nice car because she got straight A's in high school and received a scholarship from Texas A&M. I was leery of buying a PT Cruiser because of the reputation.The dealer assured me yes PT Cruisers have issues but are usually $50 to $100 solutions. He spent a half hour explaining not to drive it hot (radiator-wise). We brought it home (daughter was happy) 4 days later it was running hot (never in the red, but rising) took it to a mechanic, he asked if we had messed with the radiator cap, because the original cap was still there under the hood. He said the thermostat shielding was messed with. He replaced the thermostat and shielding $300. Got the car back, ran for a week. It than began overheating again. Mechanic said the car was sold with a blown head gasket, can't be fixed. He felt the car had sealant applied to run for a short period. I expressed this to Inka, no response. The car ran less than 50 miles. No response, no exchange offer, no apology. No car for my daughter. This is not right. $4000 gone, no phone call.
