Also positive, the staff there was friendly and helpful, it didn't take a long time to purchase the car like it can at other dealerships. My only negative is there was a lack of attention to detail on a couple things. They detail the car when you purchase and I specifically asked them to clean some sticky substance I found on the inside of the car. They said they would but they never did. Also, the car only had a quarter tank of gas when they gave it to me. These are minor things, but leaves a bad taste in your mouth when leaving. Overall, good but not great experience.

We did not like the number so we started negotiating and apparently there was a $699.00 fee added for dent protection that I missed. So after negotiating they could not meet our number we wanted we declined. They printed out invoice for cost of vehicle. We went to get a cashier check. When we after paperwork done we handed them check to complete transaction. We were advised that it was short $699.00 dollars. I told salesman we went based on invoice. He proceeds to tell they left off the $699.00 for dent protection. At this point my 82 year old aunt was quite frustrated and decided to go forward with purchase we had been there most of the day. I mentioned to salesman we did not ask or want protection plants started that it is added to all vehicles. They wound not remove so bottom line is the posted price is not true and correct you need to add $699.00 to that number. It upsetting that we were able to get that fee removed. My aunt was in need of vehicle had her car totaled in a acres couple of weeks ago. This was her first experience in purchasing a car her late husband always did this so she had very little patience. I think I would have walked away but she just wanted it done. I regret not looking at the numbers more closely. I have purchased more than 20 plus cars and have not paid for a product I didn't choose! I will be in the market for a car at the end of the year and so will two of my sisters I don't see us going to this business! I have never done a review on a business positive or negative until today. Please excuse misspelled words was not able to correct without going back to error and starting over. I have no reason to give anything other than a five star rating here. The owner and his wife are very pleasant people and willing to work with you. While I was there, an older gentleman was in the process of working with the owner to find a specific vehicle. Apparently he has purchased several vehicles here and keeps coming back. A young man came in while I was there that was also searching for his second car from them. I take these as a positive indicators. If you need a specific vehicle, ask one of the owners, chances are, they will search auctions for you. You can't buy a $500 car and expect that it is going to get you endless years of adventures. My biggest suggestion though if you can't decide if you want to buy a vehicle here, take the vehicle to a mechanic and get a pre purchase inspection (let one of the owners know you will need it longer than 20 minutes for this reason, they are reasonable people) and then you will know the mechanical issues you will be walking into. You are buying used cars which were likely purchased at auction. It is your money being spent to buy a car, do your part to know what you are walking into. I did buy a vehicle here and so far I am quite pleased with my purchase. There are a few minor issues with the car, but I still feel like I got a good deal. I truly enjoyed my interactions with the people working here too.

The car completely exploded and is a total loss a month before we even owed the first payment. Luis was called and his initial response was that it's hot outside and engines get hot. Then immediately asked if we were in the market for a new SUV. When buying the car Luis gave uneccessary information about how the payment process works on his end. He told us that he doesn't get paid for a car until 6 weeks after it's sold. After our phone call with the bank they informed me he in fact had gotten paid 10 days after we bought it. I really think that he tried to make it seem like you are really helping out a family business which is just a con. After this incident we looked up the open recalls trying to make sense of the explosion in which we found out that upon buying the car there were 8 open recalls on it to which Luis never informed us of. 1 of said recalls causes the car to catch fire. BE CAREFUL if you are interested in buying a car from here. We are not the first ones this has happened to and we probably won't be the last. The only saving grace was that my 2 year old daughter nor grandma was in the car when this happened.
