This is a hidden gem in our community, and I want to make sure everyone knows. The level of organization, professionalism, and efficiency shown by this establishment is second to none. Reggie is the artist who is doing my piece. There was an appointment set for the initial consultation and the first tattoo session, and Reggie and the staff were punctual for both scheduled appointments. He answered all questions and was very thorough with his explanations of the process. The only thing he wasn't clear about was how much it was going to hurt . So, for my piece, I'm paying by the hour, and there was a required deposit. However, that money can be put towards your booked session. Because he's being paid by the hour, he could have easily made the process slow and arduous, but he didn't. He maximized our time and got a large portion of the piece complete, and for that, I'm appreciative. I'm very much looking forward to my next sessions and the completion of my tattoo. So I've never thought that a tattoo shop could be a pillar of a community, but after my experience with Inkhart, I'm a believer that this business will continue to thrive and be a vital asset to our community. Reggie and his wife are doing things the right way. The business is run on morals, ethics, and determination to succeed. If business are created with this template, the sky's the limit. Let me explain my 1 star, I came into the shop 3/20/2021 to receive a body piercing...Overall the shop is great I've received a few other piercings from this same location..But the front desk worker TERRIBLE attitude... if you don't like your job...why would you apply for the position this is my second encounter with this young lady and it will be my last I will not be returning.....I put it off the first encounter maybe she was a having a bad day, we all have those...But to come in on a different occasion and the same bad service, I didn't want to post the review but one bad apple can spoil it. read more

I went in the other day to get my bridge pierced, and I was literally in and out in like 15 minutes. The studio is cute and nicely decorated and Pablo, the piercing artist, was super nice and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice and gave me my forms right away, and once I filled them out Pablo was out in less than 5 minutes and was so knowledgeable and worked so fast, I literally didn't feel the needle and he had to tell me it was out cause I couldn't feel it! My piercing looks great and the aftercare was so easy, literally if you're scared of the pain of piercings but still want a face piercing GET A BRIDGE, its so easy and literally it felt like nothing. The process at Inkhart is very easy. I am 42 years old and recently got my first tattoos. I was nervous but wanted to get some designs done that had been kicking around in my head for many years. I called in and scheduled my consultation. I chose Grand because I saw a flower she completed on the web and was blown away with her skill to make something so beautiful and vibrant. She walked me through the process and it was super easy. On the day of we had our last conversations about the designs, adjusting anything I didn't like and then it was time to make the designs part of my body. Grand was amazing. Her skill was effortless and she truly knows how to make your ideas come to life. I will be going back to her. Inkhart is very clean and use new needles if you are worried about that. Additionally, they strictly follow the CDC guidelines in place with regards to COVID. I got 3 tattoos that day and they all came out great. I went here on Thursday evening for nipple piercings. They did EVERYTHING by the book upon arrival (the legal stuff). I was AFRAID to the max! Taj was so patient with me and efficient. Although it was painful she was overstanding and quick. I'm now a few days out and can't believe I waited this long to get this done. I went to Inkhart for my eyebrow piercing this Saturday. I was nervous because the place was cheap and it seemed new. When I went back with the guy who would do my piercing (I forgot his name), I was put at ease with the sanitation. The needle was still in its packaging, along with the piece that would go in the new piercing. He was real nice and talkative, though focused on what he had to do. He told me the clamp would be slightly painful, and that it was, though not unbearable. He did it quickly and as far as I can tell, accurately. If I see something I don't think is right, I'll edit this, but as of now, this is a great atmosphere and place to get pierced, though I cannot speak for the tattooing as I haven't gotten one from here. read more

Now black people are always saying we need to start supporting black businesses. I try my hardest to do that but it is very hard when it seems like your own mistreats you than yhe opposite. I say this bc we go in the receptionist asks what my husband would like. He informed her. She politely excused herself to let us know how long it will be. She comes back and informs us 2 hours. My husband and I agreed. As we were waiting for her to give us paper work to fill out, she decided to be on her phone and check in other customers that were after us. She proceeded to have a conversation about parking with the clients that were in the front. Mind you we are still waiting for her to acknowledge us. Fyi I also wanted a tattoo but she wouldn't know that bc she is avoiding us. I do believe she wanted us to leave . This would have been my 1st tattoo. Maybe it was a sign lbvs. Very rude.
