The person who removed my tattoo was competent and friendly throughout--she obviously had great experience and expertise--she was confidence-inspiring and also friendly, and also a font of information about tattoo removal, if I had questions or was just interested. It's a small thing, but--the communications from Removery about upcoming appointments were friendly reminders, no marketing going on--no pushiness just because Removery could text me whenever it felt like it! The way my experience with Removery was--I would say Removery is competent, and more than competent, it has great expertise to offer, and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Oh! And my two tattoos that desperately required removal-?--they're completely gone! OK, one teensy weensy, teeny tiny black dot, but you won't see it unless you're looking for it. No skin damage, no scarring. So--it all worked out!

After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian Dickerson from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle Johnson was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. Overall, I would not recommend CoolSculpting at LaserAway based on my experience.

From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint!
