WORST PLACE FOR COSMETIC LASER TREATMENT!!! When I became pregnant, I, (much like many other mommies to be) suffered the unfortunate side effect of stretch marks. These were bothersome to me, so I decided to seek out cosmetic treatments that would help reduce their appearance. I did A LOT of research towards the end of my pregnancy and after giving birth, in attempts of finding a reputable, professional facility which specialized in such treatments & was willing to pay whatever amount necessary- so long as I was happy in the end with the results. I did not rush into going to the first place I found, as I am very picky about cosmetic practices- I went to a few different places for consultations, until finally going to Solutions Laser Studio...The woman who did my consultation made me feel at ease ensuring that she could achieve good results given the appearance & age of my stretch marks, and as I was aware going in to this that nothing would eliminate stretch marks completely, so after our conversation, I felt like this was the place I had been looking for and decided to move ahead with treatments (costing $500/laser treatment to my hips) Once we began I felt as thought the lady was a bit spaced out, and felt burning discomfort on my right side as she was using the laser, but never having had this done before, thought nothing of it, assuming that was how the treatment felt... Once we were done (about 10 mins later) I was rushed out, as she had someone waiting in the lobby for her next appt. Leaving me in the dark about post-op healing... In any case, I went home and was having this tingling, burning sensation on my right side, & woke up the next day to find a GIANT burn mark on my hip where she did the treatment. I immediately emailed them with photos, and very nicely stated that I was very concerned about having this new & worse looking scar over the already embarrassing stretch marks that I came in to treat the appearance of- which was now 100% worse then untreated... I was mainly reaching out in hopes of a solution, seeing if there was anything that could be done to help. After a few days got a voicemail to call them... I did not return the call as I knew they were holding an event on October 27, 2016, so I decided to just go in and speak with someone in person, as I was speaking with the lady who did my treatment, she asked me to go to the back as she was concerned about the others attending the event over hearing what had happened. So we went back there & the lady kept saying she didn't know how this happened, and insisted that it was just a bruise (clearly not, lol) I asked since the laser treatment helps reduce the appearance of scars too, if it would be beneficial I get more treatments to see if that would help. She said yes, so I purchased a package totaling to 3 more treatments, (& no they didn't offer me a free treatment to try to treat the burn they created) Since the event was going on, I was charged under $300 for all 3 treatments, which clearly was way under priced considering I was charged $500 before, so I asked multiple times if that total was correct, and they said yes... Naturally this made me assume that they were utilizing the deal from the event and also, being nice about what had happened and were attempting to compensate for their error. So, I paid the total they quoted me in full and scheduled my next appointment. When I got to my next appointment, the same girl said "we charged you the wrong amount at the event, the total was supposed to be $1,200, so if we want to proceed you would have to pay the difference off in full" Needless to say, I was livid & this was the last straw for me. Not only did they mess up with the treatment itself, leaving me with a HORRID burn mark, they messed up again with the pricing error, and never once during any of it made an attempt to right ANY of their wrongs to keep me as a happy customer. I am not one to leave negative reviews, and if they would have made ANY attempt to compensate in some way for the trouble I went through, I would have never left a poor review, regardless of everything. I have a 20 year old, mostly black floral tattoo about the size of 3x5 index card, with minimal color on my tailbone. I've wanted it gone for over a decade, but was nervous about removal scarring until I heard of Solutions and their Picosure Laser. I just had my second of three treatments to completely remove it (Feb 19, 2016 with my first appointment about 8 weeks before), and and pretty excited about the results so far. I'll post pictures of the before and after when I'm done. The treatment is state of the art and the office is friendly and professional. The treatment feels about level of discomfort as getting a tattoo, but Solutions has a chill machine (wish I could remember the name!) that blows ice cold air over the application area if you need it. The actual laser part of my 3x5 tattoo treatment took about 2 minutes. Nikki, the tech, was wonderful. She explained everything, and even followed up with a call to me the next day. I had booked a simultaneous appointment to use the Picosure laser to treat age spots and discoloration on my upper chest. Nikki changed the laser attachment for that procedure, and I can honestly say it is less painful than an IPL, and the dark spots are darkening as expected in preparation for them disappearing. I would definitely recommend Solutions and Nikki. My experience so far has been excellent. read more

I have always been self conscious of the darker hair growing on my lower back. Anytime I would wear a bikini or shorter shirt I could never feel totally comfortable.
