I've had several tattoos done at Lil Smitty's over the years. The last 5 were done by Neal. He did a large piece on my thigh which was very impressive. He added to the design I brought in and it's really one of a kind. Neal did my husband's forearm tattoo also. Colorful and flawless. These guys are the best shop i have ever seen. Neal did one of my pieces, 8 years ago, and it looks no more than a year old. Everyone compliments it constantly. Kevin did two of my other ones and he always does an amazing job. I even trust him to add his own flare to my tats. I give him an idea and he perfects it. He also did one for my wife, mother-in-law, sister, uncle, and numerous friends. We always go to Kevin and his tats always come out perfect, no matter what. I've passed this place probably thousands of times over the past 20 years and never thought about going there for a tattoo, not for any particular reason, until a close friend recommended them. Now I've already gotten two tattoos here within a week of each other, and planning very soon for a third. Both experiences have been awesome. They are very precise and detailed, making sure to give you exactly what you want and more. They take their time and do not rush. They won't blow you off like some other tattoo shops might.. i.e. Aztec Ink.. they were the first place I called before my friend's recommendation. Apparently what I wanted wasn't worth their time. Aztec Ink told me to make an appointment two months in advance just to get my father's birthday in Roman numerals on my shoulder. Their loss because Smitty's got me in that same day and it was literally a five minute tattoo if that. My point is that Smitty's is not arrogant, they take their time with every customer regardless and take great pride in doing an amazing job. Call ahead and make an appointment to make sure you can get in, they are very accommodating and reasonable. The quote I got from Aztec Ink was more than twice the price that Smitty's charged me. If you get a tattoo here you will not be disappointed. read more

I got 6 out of my 7 tattoos there and I love each one, the work is great! Kevin did 3 of them, there all a couple of years old and kept color really well. They always make me feel very comfortable when I'm in there. I've also got a few piercing there as well and have no complaints. Annette also did one of my tattoos, I don't know if she is still apprenticing but she was at the time, so I was a little nervous about her work. However, I had no reason to be. Her work was neat, clean and the tat came out wonderful. I have to mention as well that she is such a sweetheart who really cares about how you feel about your experience. As a woman, going into tattoo parlors full of men can be worrisome, but the guys there have always been super professional and never inappropriate. The pricing is extremely fair. If you are in the market for ink or a piercing I highly recommend this place. read more
