He paid it, and then MARVIN began dodging attempts to schedule an appointment. When we asked for a refund, he stopped responding altogether and blocked my fiance on social media. Walking away with $550 of someone's money without delivering any service is theft, plain and simple. This is the kind of artist Apocalipsis Tattoo chooses to employ. If you value your money and your time, avoid working with Marvin Cruz -- and think twice about any shop that allows this kind of behavior from their staff.

It is legal with parental consent in Indiana, so after doing some research in good, reputable places, we made an appointment and roadtripped to Indiana. Our appointment was with Jim, who explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and kind. 45 minutes later we were done and my daughter couldn't be happier.

We waited about five hours before we got inside the store, and from there it was a quick wait before we were paired with artists. The store itself is very cutely decorated, and has a small but clean bathroom. Staff were all total angels, handling a huge volume of customers like pros! And I love both my pieces from V, they turned out fantastic and healed flawlessly. I might not make it out here again because it's all the way across town from me, but highly recommend this place!
