I ended up getting my septum pierced to calm her anxiety which was completely not the plan but it turned out amazing. It's an overall chill vibe. After the walk of the flight of stairs, you enter the waiting area of couches before you go into the piercing room which is extremely sterile and comfortable. All of the piercers, from Cyn to Harry, have been superb, personable with great technique. All of my piercings have healed well and that's the main reason why I keep coming back. Additionally, the pricing is just right for the services that they provide. Standard cartilage piercings are $30 for the pair and jewelry changes including use of taper needle is $10. The price of their body jewelry is market priced. They have a good selection but I usually bring my own because I'm very picky about that! I also got my left cheek pierced again. I tried to change the piercing out but their was sooooo much scar tissue from the way this dude pierced me. I texted and called the owner several times before he responded. And he said he would get back to me when the piercer was available to fix my piercing. Never got a call or text back. Apparently they were "training" even though both of them didn't know what they were doing so idk who was training who there. They proceeded to give me a septum right through the cartilage instead the "sweet spot". I was in pain and luckily I went to another tattoo spot in the city.
