They would not help us out in any way and told us we should have given a 48-hour notice when cancelling our appointment. .we did not want cancel we just wanted a chance to get our tattoos. Their business practices are rediculous. They had not one client all day and took our money with no remorse and no heart to Reschedule us. Yes I fucked up and forgot her birth cirtificate..I get that..but God they could have rescheduled us and made three people so very happy. Compassion is not in their employees. I tried to reach him for 5 days both him and the studio by phone with several voicemails, emails, text messages, facebook and facebook messages, etc. Every way I knew to reach him. I was told today that to simply change out the posts I needed an appointment and to pay extra. When we had the service done he said he guaranteed his work and his jewelry for life and as long as you bought his jewelry and always used him that it was free to change out posts or tops of jewelry. My 13 year old daughter had gotten her nose and 2nd earring hole pierced 6 weeks ago and it is time to change the posts out and she is having issues with the jewelry. I tried to tell them this over and over again. I was not told until yesterday I needed an appointment for this. The studio sent me a link to make the appointment which I used but I guess it did not work even though they sent it to me and they then called me today after my other messages/voicemails. The male who called was loud and rude and very short with me. Basically told me and made me feel that our business was not important anymore as I wanted the after care service that was supposed to be free. He doesn't want to do after service because he doesn't make money on it. I offered to pay. I said I don't need free. I told Antonio when he called me very rude and abrupt speaking to me that I had an emergency. That we were going out of town for a cheer comp in the morning and that I had been trying to reach him for a week he told me it was not his problem he didn't care, he has so many clients he doesn't need my business and would not stand behind his guarantee! He was mean and nasty on the phone, yelled at me, berated me and was just down right awful. I want to cancel this jerk out, take away his new paying clients so that he will treat existing clients better. If we keep giving him our money he will continue to treat aftercare clients like crap because he can because he has "so many clients" he doesn't need to service current clients. Samantha pierced my nose on December 1, and she also pierced my husband's nose previously. We've both had nothing but positive experiences with her, which makes this even more disappointing. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment because we finished lunch sooner than expected. When I checked in, I specifically said, "We're early, but I have an appointment at 2:45," fully expecting to wait. The response I received was, "Well, we work by appointment, and we're assisting other appointments ahead of you." While that was true, the delivery felt unnecessarily condescending. My husband and I both commented afterward that the interaction immediately felt off. My appointment was simply to check whether my piercing had healed enough for a hoop and if not, to get new jewelry that would be easier to clean than the sparkle I had in. I had already come in a few months earlier to have the post downsized, and at that time I was told it wasn't ready yet and to come back later. During this visit, I explained that I got the piercing on December 1. To which he laughed and I don't understand why. I'm type A and I just know these details and thought I was being helpful by including a little more context. I explained that my goal was eventually to switch to a hoop if it had healed enough. After examining it, he said he would not recommend a hoop yet, which was completely fine--I came in specifically to get professional guidance. He then told me that if he were me, he would stop putting makeup on. I understand that makeup can slow healing, but the way it was communicated came across as judgmental rather than educational. I replied that I wasn't going to stop wearing makeup, and he explained that it would continue to heal more slowly. Fine. I was simply there to check and understand where I was in the process. I know that I'm not the expert, telling me to not wear makeup for months on end is completely unrealistic and I'm sure many women feel the same. I ended up choosing different jewelry instead of a hoop, and he changed it for me. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how to safely change my jewelry myself, which I genuinely appreciated. I'm happy with the new jewelry, the fit, and the information he shared. Unfortunately, the overall attitude throughout the appointment overshadowed those positives. I left feeling uncomfortable rather than cared for. I even chose not to leave a tip, which is very unusual for me because I always tip for services. When I checked out, both staff members were kind and let me know they would be happy to help me change my jewelry in the future if I needed it. I appreciated that, but by then I had already decided I won't return. Feeling uncertain about what kind of interaction I'll have each time I come in--especially when I eventually want a hoop--creates more anxiety than it's worth. It's disappointing because I truly believe the shop provides quality work, and Samantha has been wonderful. I just wish the customer experience had matched the quality of the service I received. I understand that tone and what I experienced was subjective, however, after seeing reviews others have experienced the same.

Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. They also have a better selection of jewelry than most places. Steve did a couple of mine and my friends tattoos back in 2015/16 that have healed nicely too. Great guys running and working at this shop, i live over an hour away and i will continue to go out my way for the service and experience.
