I tried to reach him for 5 days both him and the studio by phone with several voicemails, emails, text messages, facebook and facebook messages, etc. Every way I knew to reach him. I was told today that to simply change out the posts I needed an appointment and to pay extra. When we had the service done he said he guaranteed his work and his jewelry for life and as long as you bought his jewelry and always used him that it was free to change out posts or tops of jewelry. My 13 year old daughter had gotten her nose and 2nd earring hole pierced 6 weeks ago and it is time to change the posts out and she is having issues with the jewelry. I tried to tell them this over and over again. I was not told until yesterday I needed an appointment for this. The studio sent me a link to make the appointment which I used but I guess it did not work even though they sent it to me and they then called me today after my other messages/voicemails. The male who called was loud and rude and very short with me. Basically told me and made me feel that our business was not important anymore as I wanted the after care service that was supposed to be free. He doesn't want to do after service because he doesn't make money on it. I offered to pay. I said I don't need free. I told Antonio when he called me very rude and abrupt speaking to me that I had an emergency. That we were going out of town for a cheer comp in the morning and that I had been trying to reach him for a week he told me it was not his problem he didn't care, he has so many clients he doesn't need my business and would not stand behind his guarantee! He was mean and nasty on the phone, yelled at me, berated me and was just down right awful. I want to cancel this jerk out, take away his new paying clients so that he will treat existing clients better. If we keep giving him our money he will continue to treat aftercare clients like crap because he can because he has "so many clients" he doesn't need to service current clients. DO NOT GIVE THIS JERK ANOTHER DIME!

I preceded to email Watchtower & they answered my question. A short period later Brandon emailed (funny how that works) & the 1st sentence started, "Didn't I tell you. . . " That shut me down immediately, no social skills. It sounded like something my parents would have said. From that point he would end his emails with Bud & My Friend. . . I'm not your friend or bud. I tried to lighten the mode between us by sending him an email with the depicted compass tat attached saying, "I hope your sense of direction is better than this." My best friend and I decided to get matching My Chemical Romance tattoos to solidify our love for the 2000s emo pop punk band. In her Instagram research, Brooke came across Kyle Evans and immediately noticed some other MCR tattoos he's done. Obviously he was the right artist for us! She booked an appointment for the following month. All artists at futurelazertiger are by appointment only and do their own booking. No phone calls! On the day of our appointment, we both parked on the side street near the building and went inside. The waiting area is small but welcoming. Kyle came out immediately and introduced himself. Through email, Brooke gave him an idea of what we were looking for. He was so excited to show us what he designed and we immediately fell in love. I was first in the chair. Kyle was quick with setup, made sure I was comfy and got to work. He was super-relatable. We chatted about music and restaurants and our tattoos. His touch was light, which was great on the back of my arm. My finished tattoo is GORGEOUS. It's my first large tattoo, so I'm thankful it was done by such a talented artist. While he was doing the MCR tattoo, we talked about my crappy owl tattoo I got back in June by a nervous apprentice at a shop in Denver. Kyle offered to redo it since he was already set up with black ink anyway. That was super-nice of him. He transformed that tiny tattoo into something I am proud of! Brooke got the same design on her thigh. Kyle did a great job making the tattoos with the same overall design but putting his own spin on the details. The shop is very open, with no wall separation between the tattoo stations. I'm sometimes weird about that, but luckily all the artists in the shop were all very friendly and down-to-earth. I didn't get the "holier-than-thou" vibe from anyone. They do not perform piercing at this shop, fyi. Brooke and I paid cash, but Kyle did give us the option to pay by card. I don't know if there would have been an additional fee to do that. futurelazertiger is an excellent tattoo shop in a good location with world-renowned artists. The piercing was booked with Ben on a Friday after the holiday at 3:30 when the place was jam packed with walk-ins. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood.
