I was looking for a place close by to change my cartilage piercing to a hoop. I didn't check the reviews because I thought something as simple as a jewelry change wasn't needed but I was very wrong. When I started he proceeded to not sanitize his hands nor did he put on gloves. I sat on the table with my hand holding onto the side just sitting normally as he proceeded to change my jewelry I felt him press his entire genitalia against my hand and kept it there the entire time as he changed my jewelry I couldn't process what was happening I wanted to be in denial. I was too shocked to take any action In the moment. I didn't know what to think, my mind was too cloudy to fully process or do anything. Not to mention I think this guy rents out his own place to be one on one with his customers and that's why he doesn't work with a studio. He also attempted to "straighten" my healed piercing which left it inflamed and irritated afterwards. This man is a crook and a fraud and most of all a predator if he's going to get his license revoked it's going to be done by me as I am taking legal matters. He is a terrible piercer.

I really appreciated how easy it was to schedule and organize the tattoo appt, and Lauren was wonderful to work with as we fine tuned the look, size, and placement. The tattoo itself was done even better than I expected, and they provided a very cool saniderm patch that protected it for 3 days, which delayed the constant washing / lotion that I've had to do in other tattoos. It's looking wonderful now that it's almost healed and I'm so grateful! Everyone was very nice, it's a comfortable shop, and we got to watch Brooklyn 99 while we were doing the planning and tattoo, what more could you want?

The feel was so warm and welcoming, the decor was great. And I couldn't complain getting to sit on a comfy love seat with my fiancé watching Ink Master. We prob waited a total of 15 min, this including my one person ahead of me getting a piercing. The guy who did my piercing was fun and knowledgeable about his profession. He asked me what I wanted got it all setup, everything was sterile (I'm a nurse, so I watch for these things). He was quick, no pain and that was it I had what the hoop I was wanting. About 10 minutes later he took us back to his piercing station and explained everything to my brother very professionally. Everything was sanitary and the process was quick and fairly painless for my brother. Lets just say my brother is super stoked with his new piercings.
