I just love it here so much. I love all things stationary like quality writing paper, beautifully crafted ink pens, cards, journal, etc. And they've got it all! In addition they carry other items you'd expect to find in a stationary or gift shop from candles to picture frames and other beebobs. It truly reminds me of a shop you'd see on London's High Street. Sometimes I'll swing by just to have a browse about for any new items they may have just gotten in. When I want something really special this is where I buy it. read more

What a hidden gem of a store in downtown Pittsburgh. I had been meaning to stop by after seeing it outside the One Oxford Center. A couple days later I visit as a friend is looking for it on a downtown shopping outing. As a Canton native, I was pleasantly surprised with the display of Waggoner chocolate, a Canton staple, and bought some pieces to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and shared their knowledge of a well known Canton winery, too. I really liked the many gift ideas and cards available at the store. I plan to visit again. read more

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. The business certainly deserves it. Amid the (sometimes) dusty surroundings of downtown Pittsburgh, there is a hidden gem known as Inkwell. This store brings light to the downtown streets! Inkwell has all your paper good needs whether it's greeting cards, stationery or, home decor- you'll surely find it here! I typically would not stop into a business like this but decided to because it was a stop in the Downtown Pittburgh's Shopopoly event. When I walked in, I was greeted with immense warmth from the atmosphere and the two shopkeepers Bill and Craig. The store was adorably decorated for Halloween and I was able to find some cute items to decorate my apartment at a reasonable price. After talking to Bill for almost 30 minutes, I felt like I made a new friend. I understand why Inkwell's customer base stays loyal. The people here are amazing and definitely deserve the love and support from their community. Just after one visit, I know I will be coming back! read more

Inkwell has all kinds of typical stationary, but what always draws me in are the great seasonal decorations and gifts that they carry. Their Halloween stuff is particularly good and their prices are reasonable. They've also got a good selection of fountain pen ink and dozens if not hundreds of legal forms.
