From contact to install, IE Christmas Light Install has been top notch. Christine was clear with scheduling, pricing, and decoration ideas and options. Her suggestion to add a wreath on a high window created a look that we'll want to repeat every year. On our install day, she was super transparent on timing for the team's arrival. Even though they had challenges before they reached our house, they arrived just inside our anticipated window. Working after dark was no problem as they had lighting to illuminate their workspace. Jose's install was super respectful of our property and the neatest I've seen so far. No visible wires on the house. EVERYTHING (house, wreath, drive way and walkway) is connected to one timer in the garage. Every cord is taped down / secured in a way that you have to look to see them. Several of my neighbors stopped to inquire about openings. I want the business to do well, but I wouldn't mind having the best decorated house on the block during the Christmas Season! We were last minute in trying to find an installer as we'd just moved to the area and from the moment I began reaching out Christine was on top of it....super responsive answering all my questions & so flexible with our budget and with her schedule.
