I had my kubota tractor serviced here. I address the issue of the tractor levers sticking. I was told that they could be rebuilt since the part was not bad. Well I did pay over 1k. Even paid to have the tractor transported. Well once the tractor was back in my possession I noticed the valve they apparently rebuilt was leaking. I called into them and left them and email and was told they would look into. After a few months I never heard back. So when I called back they told me that the valve just needs to be replaced. If they would have told me back when they serviced it I would have replaced it. I was given a very poor excuse and was told that sometimes it fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. So I don't appreciate the guessing games if you know it's a possibility that it won't work then tell your customer that so we can make a better decision. We rely on your expertise to get it taken care of the first time. So then I was quoted the part and labor with no discount when then was originally their problem they messed up on. No accountability from kellie. I will not be recommending anyone to take their vehicle to them. read more

Horrible service. I have tried giving them a second chance. Took my Kubota there for service. They said 3 to 5 days. It took them three weeks. That is after me calling numerous times and getting the run around and lied to. So I decide to do the service myself. I go in there and tell them the make and model. I tell her I need oil and oil filter. I told her same as last time. I get into the middle of my oil change and it's the wrong filter. So I take it down there and they say they can't exchange it because it is used. USED???? It was the wrong filter. I wish it was used. I did open the package. It's a ten dollar filter. Come on. So I bought another and I will NEVER be back. Oh yeah.... Then I check the manual online and it takes 5.5 quarts of oil. They told me seven and sold me seven quarts. read more

I don't know what these other guys are talking about. I dropped off my Kubota and they got it back to me quicker than I expected. Maybe if they treat people with more respect and kindness you receive a better experience. You know that "treat other people as you want to be treated". But regardless, the ladies in the office were beyond helpful and the mechanics did an amazing job servicing my tractor. Well, to start with this is going to sound like I work there but I really don't. I have been a loyal customer of Inland Kubota for many years and I am now on my 5th Kubota tractor! Today I picked up my brand new L 3901 Kubota and could not be happier. It's not that I'm wearing my tractors out, it's quite the opposite, Kubota keeps coming out with newer, fancier and bigger tractors! Once you start it's hard to stop! My first two tractors were L 260's , next I bought a B 7610, my last tractor was a B 3300su. Billy (second generation) is the owner of Inland Kubota. Michelle runs the sales department and is awesome to work with! Kellie runs the parts department and has been around tractors and Equipment her entire life. Nathan and the guys out back take care of everything else and do a very good job ! I have been and will continue to be their most loyal customer.
