I needed a 1 x 3 banner that would resemble burlap and he said " sure". I went into the office right before closing and they had no problem, they didn't hurry and took my order. However when I got the banner the next day it was pink nothing close to what I was expecting. They realized it and they made the corrections and gave me a new banner with the color that I wanted.
