When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! My husband reached out and spoke with Sean and he was able to confirm he could help and how quickly the turn around was. He was very communicative and supportive throughout the project. Giving him the file was easy and I was able to get my copies directly from their office. We tried PrintNinja before going here and of the 50 we got from there, four were unusable due to defects and about half had some sort of minor issue. That was not the case at all with J&W. We have flipped through all of the comics and they are all perfect! They were even less costly and quicker with the turnaround than the other guys too! We are beyond pleased and are already going to be reaching out to try and get issue one redone. Highly recommend.

There were some special instructions as far as how I needed things printed and the format, etc. J & W followed them to a tee! The print job only took a few days (Thanksgiving landed right in between production time), which was fantastic.
