We'd get calls late morning that they are at the house etc. They also broke stuff when removing it so they could access the affected drywall, had no organization where the put things they removed. We found half the toilet paper holder in one room, the other in another room, this happened with several items. I had our contractor remove the bathroom flooring, The Person from service master said it would take a few weeks to do that(contractor did it I. An afternoon) and they had already been there a few weeks. The topper was that after we hadn't seen them for a few weeks, they called me and asked if I could sign the contract and they were finished. A few calls to the homeowner would be great.
