Inland roofed our prior home over 30 years ago--did a great job and it's still looking good! The home we purchased had a new roof, but began leaking immediately after we moved in--with several attempted repairs by the roofer who then went out of business. We recently contracted with Inland Roofing to re-roof our home. They removed the previous composition material (25yr old) and had to replace 15 sheets of plywood on our 40+ year old home. They worked around the weather issues getting soaked pretty well one day. They covered up plants with tarps and cleaned up every day using large magnets to pick up nails. They left the ground surrounding our house as clean as possible. They answered all my questions before and during the job. I enjoyed Hayden and John (and Hayden's father, also John) and you will too. Live in a home with a 3-layers of old shingles that needed to be removed after damage from a windstorm. Had several roofing companies evaluate and bid on the job. Inland Roofing was my first choice due to clear and consistent communications. John told me about the job required to remove the shingles, current code standards, and the process for re-sheeting the roof and replacing the shingles. The work was scheduled promptly, the job moved early into the work schedule and completed on time. The roof is gorgeous and I have nothing but praise for the work done by the Inland Roofing team. I can't say enough positive things about this company. I called originally looking for estimates to repair some sections of my vinyl siding. I reached out to AT LEAST 5 or 6 companies, and Inland Roofing & Supply was the first of only 2 companies that responded at all. Unfortunately, they lost their siding installers during the pandemic but John was still SO helpful! He asked me to send him a picture of my siding & he basically did the legwork & let me know specifically what to ask for, and also gave me some alternatives in case I still couldn't find it!! Honestly, I am so grateful & THANKFUL for his help & knowledge with this because I had been asking for white siding when calling around, not realizing how vague a request that really is! In my quest for siding I figured I should also replace some windows so I reached out to Inland again because of how helpful John was, only to find out that his siding installers were also his window installers !! But once again, he gave me some good referrals to point me in the right direction. I will 100% refer them to ANY & EVERYONE who is needing any roof repairs or installation! Inland Roofing & Supply provided a fair and accurate quote to remove substantial roof moss, spray a zinc compound to kill any remaining moss, clean out our gutters, and re-nail and seal all roofing nails. They were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up all of the roofing and gutter debris, including rinsing off our house exterior! I highly recommend Inland Roofing & Supply. My sole encounter with this company was an inquiry to obtain an estimate for some siding and roofing repairs. They e-mailed me giving me a quote on a full roof replacement and informed me that they don't do siding repairs. I got the impression they are only interested in large, more expensive projects. I've been calling in for over a month now leaving my name and number and I have yet to receive a call back from this company for a quote on a new roof with skylight replacements. On one of my call ins I asked about my status for a call back and the fellow told me that someone would be calling me before the end of the day and he sounded annoyed that I was calling in to ask. That was over a month ago, no one ever called me back. Since then I've acted like a new customer just leaving my name and number again. Still waiting for a call back. When I google searched roofing companies they had the highest reviews but I'm not impressed as I can't even get a call back. read more

The process from getting a bid to the finished roofing project was seamless. The communication between Inland Roofing and us was impeccable. We accepted their bid one week prior to Covid. We were kept informed the entire time of what the status was and when they possibly could begin work. Never once did we worry about anything. Before the project began, they communicated when and who would be on the job and what we were to expect well in advance so if we needed to prepare we had time. They began the work when they said they would and communicated through the entire job, what they were doing and if they were leaving and why. Hayden was the lead on our project and we cannot say enough good about the young man. They respected our property and never damaged anything. Always asked before they assumed. John, the owner, would not accept complete payment until he came out and expected the job. He wanted to be sure all shingles were sealing down as they should be and that our property was clean of any roofing material. Inland roofing got my business, even though they were not the lowest bid because I appreciated the way the owner, John, spoke about my job. As I relayed my concerns he responded in depth ways we could solve the issues one by one...and my house had a fair number of issues. He showed me ways I could save money which I liked since I know he could easily have sold me more services than I needed, not knowing I am a retired General Contractor and was pretty aware of the options. That made me trust him and his business ethics. From that point the job was smooth, clear, and the ongoing communications between his workers and me were easy and always meaningful in my best interest. I prefer doing business with smaller companies where the owner is accessible, reasonable, respectful, and most of all...honest. I got all of that and more with John who owns Inland Roofing and his crew which included his son, Hayden. I highly recommend Inland Roofing for all the reasons that should matter to everyone.
