She was attentive to detail and made all my needs for the flowers perfect. The price for the flower arrangement was a little high, because owner/operator business owner. Birthday flowers should last longer than two days. Some of these are already dead, limp, or on their way out -- and yes, before anyone asks, I changed the water and took care of them properly. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Paid well over $90 via FTD for an 'exquisite' arrangement that was anything but. A minuscule bouquet was delivered looking like it was run over. This business clearly doesn't give a damn about their customers. Awful product, awful service, awful business. read more

I received a Mother's Day bouquet from my son, arranged by Inlet Flowers, which included yellow roses mixed with other flowers. I set the vase on the counter, and at least 10 of the petals from the roses started falling off. I also had yellow petals on my doorstep from when the arrangement was delivered. The flowers looked fresh and not withered or lacking water. Just moving the vase gently caused more of the petals to fall. I called Inlet Flowers and had to leave a message & call back number. I did not receive a call back from them. The business does not care about its customers. Do not waste your money using them. read more

A friend sent me flowers through Inlet Flowers. The whole experience and the quality of the bouquet was abysmal. If it were possible to give a zero rating, I would do so. I was sitting on the beach on a rare day off when I received a call from the delivery person who said he was at my house but no one was coming to the door. I said that was because I was at the beach. He said he would leave the bouquet by my door. It was 95 degrees. I told him that I did not think leaving flowers out in extreme heat was a good idea and was about to say that I would come pick them up when he returned to the shop. He interrupted and said that the other option was that I would not get the flowers. I told him that was really not an acceptable option but since that was all he offered, just to leave them. So I had to pack up and leave the beach but it took about 45 minutes to get back. When I arrived, I realized that not only had he left a bouquet of flowers in the heat. The delivery included a box of chocolate. I have included pictures of the bouquet which was one sided (meaning that it was not done in the round so that it could be viewed from any direction and you would not be looking at areas without flowers. It appeared to be made out of whatever they had laying around. Three huge lilies that were totally out of scale were used to fill up space. I called the shop and asked for the manager and described the delivery experience. The manager was reasonably pleasant but did not apologize or ask the condition of the bouquet or the chocolates. She only said she would deal with the issue internally. I did not even address the quality of the bouquet as it was apparent she wasn't really interested in providing a positive resolution to the situation. this. Florist need to understand they are in the business of making special occasions special, not ruining the day. My greatest regret in this is that a friend who may be facing lay-off spent hard-earned money for this awful mess that I will be throwing away now that I have taken pictures for this review. I don't want to be reminded of this awful experience one minute longer. read more

Received flowers for our anniversary. Roses were obviously not fresh as they were fully opened. The rest of the arrangement was so-so. I called the day of delivery; left message to call me back. Called the next day, same result. Called the 3rd day, same voice mail, I left another message. Never called back; very shoddy operation. I have not told my sister in law what happened. Her and her husband are on fixed incomes and I can say they spent close to $100 for this bad joke of a flower arrangement. Stay away!!! If I could have given 1 star... I would have! read more

I ordered an arrangement after 11 p.m. last evening through Yelp and chose a delivery date of today. By 1:45 p.m. the bouquet was delivered to PI and the quality was as beautiful if not nicer than the selection I chose from the picture. The representation on their business page is very true to life. Go somewhere else!! Ordered through FTD and unfortunately got stuck with Inlet. The roses were half dead when they arrived and the Florist wouldn't return calls. FTD couldn't reach them so they replaced the order with another florist. I noted on my FTD account to never use this place again. They will spoil your occasion and don't seem to care. read more

This shop is not where you want to spend your money. Ordered some flowers for a long time friend who's uncle passed away. Long story short, the flowers were never even delivered. Tried calling numerous times to follow up, had a local friend call to follow up and got zero response from Inlet Flowers. Yet they were happy to charge my card for the full amount! Had to file a dispute with the bank to get the money back. STAY AWAY from Inlet Flowers, they offer poor service at high prices and then zero communication. I would have been less upset if they had communicated and explained the situation. Very disappointing. read more

Flowers were delivered to another business in same building, they assumed the signee would make the actual delivery I guess. Not what was supposed to happen. Flowers delivered to wrong place. We are in Ohio, and I took a chance based on the Yelp reviews and called this flower shop - and so glad I did!!! We wanted a special order not seen on their website - I asked for a nice little arrangement with a live plant that would last long after the flowers had wilted. The woman on the phone did exactly what we wanted and kept us within our budget. When our friend sent us a photo of what she received, I was MORE than pleased - it was much more than I expected!!!! I recently had a consultation with this florist for wedding flowers. I was a little taken aback when I walked into the shop - it was very messy- not what I would expect. The woman was not very helpful during the consultation. She asked us if we brought pictures and did not have any books or photos for us to look at. She made very few suggestions and was not very helpful. We were coming there for a consultation and guidance assuming that she was the expert when it comes to flowers. It was very frustrating and the info she gave us certainly was not worth the $50 consultation fee!! I have had other consultations with floral designers who were very knowledgeable and helpful and did not charge a fee. I should not have refused to pay the fee. Save your money and go some place else. read more

Friendly service and she listened to what I wanted for two sprays for my mother's funeral. While she couldn't get one type of flower from her supplier, the arrangements were beautiful anyway and I was very happy with them. She also did a wonderful job with the basket my cousins ordered and remembered to add butterflies to all of them for the theme I chose. I will definitely do business with this shop again. read more
