I went in this store looked my for bathing suits for my bachelorette party, and the young lady that helped me was so nice and so helpful it made the process painless. Plus, she was honest about what looked good and what didn't, and essentially ran around the store grabbing things for me. I ended up with a suit and a cover up, and a new found appreciation for this store. Their products are great, but the service is even better. She had me try on a Bésame lipstick which I was instantly sold on because I'm familiar with the brand and had been looking for a new red shade. Also picked up a gorgeous recycled leather crossbody that caught my eye. I fell in love with a playsuit in a tattoo print which was not available in the displayed fabric in my size, but Tara did a great job of showing me lots of options and fits to decipher my style. This summer, I got a whole new bathing suit wardrobe - picked up nearly every Hunza G style they had in stock, a couple vitamina bikinis, and that amazing Haight red one piece. I love the selection and they made shopping convenient throughout the last few months. Free shipping and then I utilized the in-store pick ups from the coffee shop next door. Now that the shop reopened, I purchased even more bathing suits (whoops!) and Carly could not have been more patient with me as I tried on approximately 100 different suits (thank you!). A wide range of styles and price points but I also trust Cindy to pick really high quality, well-made pieces which makes it easier to justify paying more for the quality. The customer service I have received here is unparalleled and I feel so grateful to have Azaleas as a neighbor in the East Village. I was hesitant being a size 16 going into one of these bathing suit shops. I called ahead and they…read moreinformed me they had plenty of size 16s and they did! Kevin waited on me. He took me over to a section and showed me several selections, picking ones to help compliment my body. I do mean several! He stayed with me the entire time always checking on me but not a nuisance. I tried on about 25 suits before I picked several out. I also bought two wraps. I will say their wraps and other clothing are not for XL women. Its a shame I wish they catered to larger sizes too is my only complaint. I will be going back there again!
