That was a pet peeve of mine with other surf shops, you'd have to wait around an hr or 2 if you wanted to buy a leash! Anyway, they'll chat you up and make sure you get the right board. They don't haggle, which i think is a good policy, instead they just charge a fair price.

Mike was very patient with me (I was in the store for over an hour being indecisive) and helped me pick out a cool pair of board shorts for my boyfriend. He even threw in a freebie!
