It immediately made me feel judged rather than welcomed. While I was in the fitting room, I was asked again if I was okay. I replied, "Yes, I'm just getting changed." After that, I heard someone respond, "Okay," followed by what sounded like chuckling. Whether it was directed at me or not, it made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. The whole experience left me feeling like the staff assumed I couldn't afford to shop there or that I didn't belong in the store. I can't know what they were thinking, but that's genuinely how their behavior came across to me. I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and unlikely to return. I hope the staff can be more mindful of how they greet and treat customers so everyone feels respected, regardless of how they look when they walk through the door. When I did leave they were very nice. But that might only be because they saw I could actually afford something.

Upon arrival the store was clean, fully stocked with clothing and I was greeted immediately. It's the standard pickup, show your id and they bring it to you. I waited no more than 10 minutes for my order. As I waited, I went through some of the clothes in store. They have EVERYTHING. Tops, bottoms, dresses, coats , shoes etc. They always have sales going on, so you are bound to get the good quality, for a great price .
