Dr. Erik Brower is not only a great professional, he is truly a wonderful person. Dr. Erik, believes passionately about what he does because he to suffered from many of the ailments that prescription medicine trys to relieve but just does not do justice. Dana his chiropractic assistant and office manager is warm and friendly. Both Dr. Erik and Dana participate in many local events to educate and answer any questions that might arise prior to becoming a patient of theirs. I whole heartedly endorse Dr. Erik's Chiropratic services. I once was aprehensive to have any chiropractor readujust or realign my spine. Now I look forward to the sessions I have with him. I encourage each of one of you to come for a consultation, you will not be disappointed.

    Very misleading

This review is ONLY for the family block party that was recently held. The message that I received stated that this was a "free" family event but when we got their I quickly learned that the only "free" things were the 2 bouncy house activities and the rock climbing. My kids wanted to play the dunk tank booth but that was $, food was $ , ice cream was $. Their were a couple of booths that gave away free items to the kids but that was it. The message that was sent out by the office itself was very misleading, also the layout of the whole event was way to cramped. Their was not much guidance as to where to go and that you had to sign in so that your children received a wristband for the 3 activities, I saw a lot of people with gray company t-shirts on but they were too busy walking around and taking group pictures instead of helping with crowd control and where to go for sign in. Also, their was a group of young teens that I guess were "helping" out at the larger bounce house but they were fooling around more then anything, and no one was watching them. My suggestions for the next events would be better vendor spread out, let your guests know that food is available for purchase, have adults manning the bounce houses, make your sign in station somewhere where all the guests will spot right away. Also, I want to add that the gentleman that was running the rock wall activity was very nice and interacted with the kids. I have to say that's the only positive thing I could say about the event. Sorry for the harsh review but honesty is the best policy.

by Stacey S. on 02/03/2016 Dr Erik and his team are great. I'm in the early process of chiropractic treatment for anxiety, depression and PTSD. His team and him are always warm and welcoming. I cant wait to be one of their miricle stories. And also willing to answer any questions I have. They use state of the art and the most advanced equipment to help you feel better.

Dr. Piken is one of the best in the field. Takes the time to understand the issue and addresses it.

Don't waste your time and money. New to the area and looking…read morefor a chiropractor to get an adjustment for my stiff neck and lightheadedness, I made an appointment with Dr. Huntoon. His website promises great things and an initial conversation on the phone sounded promising. I went to the visit having printed out my recent labs and completed my food dairy for 3 days. After taking one quick look at my (normal) labs he asked me what I have been angry about for a long time, stating this was the reason for my symptoms. Now, I'm no stranger to alternative medicine and I am open to a different approach to healing, but this was unprofessional and condescending. (If I did indeed have repressed anger I doubt that this healthcare provider would have the proper training to treat emotional trauma) I should have left right then but instead I stayed for a 2 hour dogmatic speech about big pharma, covid and other unrelated issues. He did perform bio energy testing that did provide some insight (oddly enough it had nothing to do with repressed anger but rather fungus and parasites) but when probed for details the Dr. would not really provide me with anything useful. The Dr. was more like someone going thru a sales script than someone truly interested in helping others feel better. I spent $260 and 2 hours of my life. Do not make the same mistake.

I started seeing Doc Rick in the last couple of months. I had been having various health problems,…read moreincluding fatigue, digestive issues, and difficulty sleeping. I had been trying to work around them while keeping up my schedule but over the course of a year or more they continued to gradually deteriorate, and there was nothing I could do about it. I have probably seen 6 or 7 medical practitioners before Doc Rick and none of them really helped me. As a practitioner of alternative medical treatment, Doc Rick gets to the root of the problem, solving it for good, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. Within the first few visits, he was able to identify 18 (!) areas where my body lacked good health. Until the last year I was a young male in very good health who tried his best to take very good care of himself. But due to the environment I (and all of us) live in, and the habits that can easily spring up due to that, the issues cropped up. Doc Rick has vast knowledge and expertise on treating people's bodies to get them to optimal health. It is very impressive to hear him explain everything in minute detail-as you listen, you understand more and more that the body is an amazingly complex system and simple "one size fits all, symptom-masking" treatments make no sense at all. They will do more harm then good. His philosophy is to restore the body back to health then maintain that health. He uses treatment techniques along with educating you to tell you what you need to do. Now (at least in my case), it's going to take a lot of discipline to get myself back to optimal health, and maintain that. It involves a strict diet of eating healthy food that has not been processed by humans, taking the supplements he prescribes, and getting the right amount of exercise. It is comprehensive and fairly consuming, and will be a long-term project. But, it's something I am willing to do to have good health and energy-things that can't be bought. This review is mainly about the experience in Doc Rick's office, which is top-notch-mainly, everything is explained to you. If you have done research on some of the health issues I (and many others) have you will see that many have hit dead ends, are not getting better, are frustrated, and are resigned to living with their symptoms. Doc Rick explains why that is, and how one can overcome it. Yes, it takes hard work, it will cost a decent amount of money, and certain life adjustments will need to be made, but what good things in life aren't worth working for? Particularly involving your health. As for results, those will hopefully come in the future. Since I started treatment, I have seen some improvements in my symptoms, but other areas still are suffering, but Doc Rick assures me I will be back and actually better than before if I keep up with it. It's a long term fix for health, not a shortcut. I will monitor myself in the upcoming months to look for improvements. In summary, go to Doc Rick if you are having chronic health problems of any kind and you are serious about making the needed changes to fix you long-term. This isn't for those looking for a bandaid.
