They are always available with questions I have and answer almost immediately. They never laughed at even my most outrageous questions and really made me safe at every instance of uncertainty. It was my first child and Lauren said and did all the right things during my labor to keep me motivated and positive. Truly blessed to have been in their care. Please give them call especially if you're even slightly considering a home birth; it was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best decision I've ever made.

I had the…read moreparaguard IUD in and were planning to hold off on having another baby for a couple more years. Well the universe had other plans for us. I had gotten pregnant with an IUD in before and when they pulled it, it ended with a miscarriage. I was scared to death that we were going to experience the same thing but much to our surprise our little girl survived the IUD being pulled and everything was looking good at 10 weeks. When we started looking into doctors and birth centers, we quickly realized that our options were pretty limited here in the Springs. I knew I wanted an all natural birth like I had with my first, but I was not liking the idea of being in a hospital. This led us to our midwife search and home birth research. When we found Tiffany she listened to our story and we quickly connected with her, her energy, and all that she shared with us. I walked out and immediately knew she was the one to guide us on this journey! Throughout the rest of my pregnancy she was always available for questions and it was wonderful to be able to send a text and get a response within the hour on whatever it was that I was asking. The last couple of weeks of pregnancy when I was starting to feel crummy and impatient she encouraged me to stay busy and distracted. On the day of delivery she showed up and two and a half hours later our little girl entered the world. She was brilliant and provided relief when I needed it most, made me feel safe and secure, and strong and capable the entire time. Nate and I both received our daughter, a moment that she encouraged and a moment I will never forget! I am so appreciative of everything Tiffany did for us! I not only walked away with a great expereince but with a new friend as well! She will always be a part of a precious memory of ours and I couldn't imagine it any other way! If you are looking for a midwife, look no further, Tiffany is truly amazing at what she does and I trust her whole heartedly!

I adore Dr. Baiza, who delivered my son. However, his bookings were too far out for my needs, his location isn't super ideal since a move, and he no longer took my (horrible) insurance. Stephanie came recommended, so I thought I'd give her a try. The office location is closer to my home and logically it just makes more sense. Boy, am I glad I did! Stephanie is easy going, down to earth, kind, understanding, and relatable. Everything I was/am looking for! I was pretty nervous for my first visit - having been given a run around on a 'geriatric' pregnancy and healthy delivery, then postpartum confusing Dx regarding hormones and PCOS - Stephanie was quick, educated, and answered all of my questions. Her office is very comfortable and warm and we instantly connected over thrifting. So why not 5 stars? I only give them 4 stars due to billing. I don't understand why I am always charged my copay, and then my insurance says payment of $0 is due on the EOB. I've brought this up a few times with the front desk and am told it's a system error. I've been doing medical billings for nearly two decades, and this seems very incorrect... but my love for Stephanie runs deeper than this 'system' issue. Either way, I will stay with Stephanie, and cannot recommend her enough. She is a wonderful advocate for her patients.

I was looking for something more evidence based and traditional than the hospital care I've had in the past but more structured than the home birth I had with a single midwife. The team based approach they take at the center hits exactly the right blend. My experience was natural, cozy, and personal, while still feeling incredibly safe, as no decision is based on the sole discretion of a single individual. My favorite parts were having choices at every turn and getting to go home and sleep in my own bed the night baby was born. Overall, the team informed, helped, respected and TRUSTED me. If I could, I would go back and tell myself to have all my babies here, so I'm taking the opportunity to tell you instead. You won't regret it.

I had no such document in my patient portal that gave me a specific amount and when to pay. I checked four or five times to see if maybe I missed something. It could be that they have terrible software as far as patient portals go. I came in for my first OB visit and was told I was supposed to pay this specific amount. I have no issue paying but let me get through the appointment first and meet the midwife that might be delivering my baby.

She listened, she cared, and she made me feel safe during one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life. For that, I will always be grateful. That's why what happened recently has left me absolutely heartbroken. We lost our insurance and were going to be self-pay. I already had an appointment scheduled, and because I'm a high-risk pregnancy and was having severe cramping, I called the office asking if there was any possibility of being seen sooner out of concern for my baby. Hours later, instead of a callback with help or guidance, I received a call saying I was being dropped as a patient. No explanation. Just that I would get a letter. Today, the letter arrived--and all it says is, "I have decided to no longer be your provider." No reason. No clarification. Nothing. I'm devastated. I'm losing a provider I deeply trusted, and for what? Because I lost insurance? Because I still owed $133 that I planned to pay at my appointment? Because policies are changing and patients are quietly being dropped? I've since called around and have been told this practice is dropping more and more insurances and patients, and it feels like those of us in vulnerable situations are the ones paying the price. To make matters worse, I was hospitalized this week at St. Francis for hyperemesis gravidarum, and even when the hospitalist reached out for a consult, the office didn't respond or follow up. I felt abandoned during a time I desperately needed continuity of care. My heart is broken. I had such a positive experience before, and this feels so unfair and unnecessary. If a patient is going to be dropped--especially one who has had a good relationship with the provider--the least that should be offered is transparency. Being vague and "secretive," telling me the letter would explain everything only for it to contain no explanation at all... it's not okay. Patients deserve clarity, especially when their pregnancy and health are involved. I still believe Dr. Bruebaker is a wonderful, gifted provider--but the way this was handled by the office has left me devastated and without answers at one of the most crucial moments of my pregnancy.

The rest of my symptoms (including the fact that an ultrasound from a few months ago showed a mass in my ovary) were attributed to my birth control or just ignored. It should be noted that I have 5 symptoms of ovarian cancer. I understand ovarian cancer is an unlikely cause of my illness, but I have spent the last year ruling out all likely causes of my illness. I was told I would have to wait 5 weeks for an ultrasound because they needed to prioritize the machine for more urgent cases. I was told I could not schedule an appointment with a doctor because she was too busy. They did not take me seriously at all. I came in at the request of my dietician and had done my own research. I had to ask for a referral to other specialists. Also I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
