I had a few concerns with removing the tree's: like damage to my new driveway, how close the large maple is to my house, and how close my backyard trees were to my neighbors garage. Brian (owner) came out a second time to take a look at my concerns and was confident they would have no issues. They even gave me their insurance policy with the quote so I could feel reassured that if something did happen, their insurance would take care of it. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and very helpful answering some questions I had this morning. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They have 6 guys working and got the four 20+ft spruce trees down, cut up, and chipped within 45 minutes! The largest tree in my front yard required the use of a Crane, and the entire jobs including clean up was about 4.5 hours. Overall I felt relieved and happy that this job was done well and we can move onto the next project. My grandmother & my husband called multiple times over the span of 2 days and they won't answer the phone & hasn't returned any of our calls... Clearly they know they messed up but refused to be held accountable for their actions. Now we have had to wait for 2 days until the internet guy can come out to fix whatever he did! Then I called him for emergency service, after the Big Storm, which he promptly came to do (of course, at a premium cost). He cut a drooping, broken tree limb above my driveway. Although he did cut a couple big branches down, he charged me for removal as well, but claimed he'd be back to do the removal the following week. He gave me a few, credible, excuses about delays (man shortage, weather etc)! Until he stopped taking my numerous calls and never calling back, for months now! Now I'm out the money AND now have neighbors complaining because he left the limbs and debris in their lot! I admit, his cutting job was immaculate, thus the 2 stars, however, I can't recommend him because of his lack of follow up, and shady business tactics!
