I had my first Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling here for chronic pain and migraines about a week ago and do recommend it. Sidney is very professional and genuinely concerned about her clientes well-being. She have recommended me some foods that I never heard of them but I found they are very healthy and nutritional. Also her Ayurvedic massage is wonderful and very relaxing especially in the head. She is answers my questions and concerns trough e-mail or message very quickly and she is very good listener too. After coming here for the second time I have decided to start a membership because I can get discount for my massage (and products) once in a month which it's great since I want to come here at least once in a month. I had my Ayurveda consult about 3 weeks ago for chronic stomach pain, bloating, and digestion issues. I have seen a plethora of GI doctors since I was a young teenager. I've been working with them for over ten years to work through my problems and find a culprit and a treatment plan, to no avail. Within one week of working with the suggestions that Sydney gave me I saw major improvements in my gut health, and I continue to feel better every day. Sydney is very professional and smart. She is intuitive and knowledgeable about health and wellness, and the way she explained how my body has adapted to stress and trauma over the years was extremely insightful. It was the best massage I've had in Pittsburgh. I had terrible, painful tension in my upper back, near my neck. I've had massage therapists work on that area over and over with little relief, but somehow when I left Inner Element, the pain was gone. I was grateful to have received a special offer from Sydney and the Face Marma therapy session I scheduled with her for early March 2020 was absolutely delicious and delightful! So very much so that I purchased the same session as a gift for my girlfriend, as I knew this was exactly what she would like, not her typical birthday gift - what a treat! And the location in Shadyside is primo with it being right by the East Busway for express buses coming from downtown and elsewhere, and also right by Soba restaurant, and a few other galleries, boutiques, and cafes. The whole atmosphere of the room was relaxing with low, warm lighting, soothing music, and super soft and thick sheets in a lovely blue color. Lying down with a warm heating pads and warm ayuravedic oils were all exceptional touches and speaking of touch, Sydney was able to work with precision to calm, stretch, and detoxify my face, scalp, neck, and shoulders.
