I wasn't sure about sauna at first, but the infrared sauna is a dry heat and very breathable (compared to the steam sauna which is not my favorite). I refer everyone interested in trying sauna or the salt room here. They are not pushy or sales-y. The team is very knowledgeable and helps direct you when you have questions.
