I recently started seeing Amy Buckley with a referral from my massage therapist. Several years ago…read moremy daughter and I attended a week long meditaion retreat at the Depak Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California. My first session with Amy was literally, for me, like a week at the Chopra Center... ON STERIODS!!! After open heart bypass surgery in April of 2021, my energy had never come back. I was tired all the time and my body ached. I felt like the wire they used to stitch my chest together was holding some residual negative energy. Amy confirmed this for me and has since cleared that completely... after several sessions with her, my energy is up, my weight is down, my flexibility is better, and aches and pains are diminishing. I have since referred my daughter and her fiance to Amy and they are experiencing great results as well. If you have tried everything else and nothing improves your issues, you really need to make an appointment here... I am sure you will not be disappointed. The only regret I have... I didn't fine Amy sooner! Now, with each session, I rise to new levels of energy and greater awarness and insight! If you are looking for answers and ways to improve your health, this is where you need to be!

This studio is perfect on all counts. It is light, bright, spacious, and clean. I love the colorful touches without being over the top. I am absolutely trying to figure out how to incorporate spherical paper lanterns into my home lighting scheme. I've only attended a few classes so I can't speak to their entire breadth of instructors and yoga styles, but those I have attended I have enjoyed. Instructors have been friendly and welcoming to everyone, suggesting modifications as needed. All necessary materials have been supplied except yoga mats (it's a $2 rental). They do various workshops/events/series/promotions, like yoga for bigger bodies, sound healings, yoga for scoliosis, a promo for people who bike to class, gut health workshop, etc. Pricing as of today on their website: $45 new student one-month intro, $18 per drop-in class, $160 for a ten-class card (expires in 6 months), $75 for five-classes monthly, $85 for unlimited monthly. They offer a scholarship program and a work study program. Street parking only. Nice to be near some food and drink options for happy hour before or dinner after class!

Plus they have mats and all sorts of accessories to use for free. Definitely my kind of place. I highly recommend.

We have been coming here for years for the foot treatments (& sometimes added the hand massage)…read more It is a comfortable, welcoming place with knowledgable personnel. We've always felt relaxed afterwards.

They used to have good therapist who know exactly what reflexology is…read more I had foot reflexology at this place both locations Beaverton and Lake Oswego: Mia, Edgar, and one Caucasian male therapist who I can't remember his name. They were all excellent. Mia has a technique where she knows where all the pressure points are on my feet and she uses tool (wood shaped triangle, don't know what to call it). Several times I have been here none of the therapist know what they are doing, mostly they just give me foot massage, rubbing my foot with oil and call it a day. Foot reflexology is not foot massage. If I wanted a regular foot massage I could just go to nails salon and get 30-60 minutes foot massage/rub. So I called a few days before my appointment asking if anyone actually knows how to give foot reflexology treatment I was specifically asked for Mia and yes I knew, Edgar is no longer there so that's a bummer. They had me today with Mark, and I am very pleased that Mark is actually knowledgable and know how to do foot reflexology. I even asked him a few questions: eyes area, neck, and lungs. And he answered my questions with putting more pressure on my feet to those areas I mentioned to him. Even tho Mark doesn't speak English too well but he understood and even tho he is not as knowledgeable as Mia, he understood what I was asking for. I hope they will hire more therapists like Mia and Mark. It is hard to find a place in Oregon that actually provide real foot reflexology.
