I recently tried some advice and saw Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for an orthopedic massage. After her magically hands did their work on my foot and calf, I was able to stand up on my foot WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! On a pain scale from 1-10 I was basically at a 15. As I would compare walking to "walking on bloody stumps". After the one hour of therapy on my calf and foot, I was immediately at a 1 meaning no pain at all!! AMAZING!
