I finally decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. Hard to explain but the difference feels subtle and dramatic at the same time. Kendra is very professional and, even more important, really cares that she is giving you what you need/want. Rates are reasonable too. Touch ups will be needed periodically, (I believe the first one is included in the initial price), but, again, are very reasonable.
