I don't get a really complicated regimen done, but I've loved my brows every time and they have all helped at moving from bushy things to some pretty cool arches. Ripping hair off my chest is pretty standard I guess, it comes out. Additionally, after a pretty disastrous venture at the Sephora tutorial counter (no fault of Sephora staff...) I went to Bare for their makeup lessons. I wish I was better with names because the girl who helped me catch up on about 20 years of makeup practice was really sweet and kind even when dysphoria was kicking its ugly head up. Thankfully, Caroline was so sweet and knowledgeable. She gave great tips about what my skin needs and how to care for it long term. She explained every step and why she was doing what she was doing. I felt cared for and relaxed! The results were amazing! So much less congestion and two of my zits are already almost faded. Two things to note is that the email on the website didn't work for me.
