It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. Overall I love how quick the workout was and I truly do feel like it was a whole body workout, and doable for everyone no matter how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself.

I arrived just one minute late due to traffic, and the receptionist immediately told me the class had started and I couldn't join. There was no greeting and no offer to reschedule, just a flat "you're late" and that was it. As a first-timer, this felt alienating especially when already stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new. I felt dismissed, and it made me less inclined to ever recommend this place to others. While I understand the importance of punctuality, a warm and welcoming attitude is always important. The way I was treated left a lasting negative impression.
