The Fishers studio is the third studio for The Hot Room, and it shows in the studio design. Highlights: + Location - The studio is located in the Fishers Yard right off of the 1-69 exit. + Heat- The heating system is amazing. It is similar to their Downtown studio and maintains the humidity well. + Studio space - The setup is similar to the Downtown studio in terms of the floor type. There is also mirrors only in front of the room (Uptown has them on the sides as well). There is no box that the instructor stands on at the front like downtown (Uptown has this). +Restrooms - They have made them fancy. There are lockers and showers. The showers are a large one similar to Downtown (Uptown has individual ones) +Water stations - There are not one but two now +Membership - Check out their website as the structure has been modified and an online component is available. +Classes - They offer the most of the class types (Original Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Hot Power Yoga - 60 minutes ) as their other studios, thought currently the other studios have more classes and options. + Parking - There are spaces in front of the studio, as well as it is right next to the entrance of the larger parking garage +Staff and instructors - The staff and instructors, as well as the individuals who practice, are what make the Hot Room a welcoming community and place to practice. Not only are they there to help and encourage you, but also guide you and suggest modifications because yoga is really for everybody Tips: * Depending upon your class time, traffic can be a nightmare for this area. They are also slated to start work next year 116th street, so I would recommend allowing for extra time to get to class. * If you have sensitivity to the sun, currently, the spots near the glass are in the direct pathway, so try avoid that spot. **If you are new to the practice, make sure to hydrate prior to your class and not eat to heavily. Don't worry if you aren't able to hit all of the poses. Just breath and stay in the room and sit on your mat till class is over. *****COVID***** subject to change - The fishers studio is located in Hamilton county, so their showers can currently be used. - Class size is reduced and spots are spaced out and marked for where you should place your mat. -You need to register ahead of time for class. I've been a Hot Room member for three years and rave enough about this yoga community. I was not into yoga before but bought a groupon to mix up my marathon training. After the first month I was hooked and have made the hot room part of my weekly routine ever since. They take pride in their brand, their practice and their community and it shows. All of the instructors are not only skilled but incredibly welcoming and personable, making you feel comfortable and part of the Hot room family from the get-go. The class offerings are versatile enough that you can practice several times a week without feeling the burnt out. It's brought me to the best shape I've been in, both physically and mentally, and I continue to feel challenged at each class. Their response to COVID-19 has been nothing short of remarkable, pivoting to online classes, both at your convenience and live virtual sessions through The Hot Room Now (highly recommend as well) and taking significant measures in-studio to keep the environment safe for those who come onsite. I have been impressed with their transparency through all the changes as well. And now about their beautiful new space in Fishers--just whoa. I absolutely love this place. I wanted to try hot yoga for a long time but honestly I was intimidated! Finally got up the nerve to try a couple of classes at Uptown, but that location just wasn't convenient for me. When I learned THR was opening in Fishers it was so exciting! Then COVID hit. So I have been really looking forward to joining Fishers - for over 6 mos! The studio is convenient- location, parking, and class schedule- and it's beautiful. The people are great- if you need more positivity in your life this will be a good place for you. They have been open 5 days and I have taken 4 classes. The workouts are hard but you really feel that you've accomplished something when it's over! The instructors suggest modifications throughout the classes, making the workout "accessible" to a wide variety of people in terms of fitness level, flexibility and yoga experience. read more

I love the new Hot Room Fishers location! I signed up right before the pandemic and statewide shutdown hit and after waiting months for businesses to open back up, I was hesitant at first on whether I should cancel my membership. They encouraged me to come by and take a class to see the precautionary measures they put in place. After taking my first class there, I was more than pleased at their intentional social distancing measures. The class size was considerably smaller to what I'm used to pre-covid. I appreciate how they place markers so you know you have enough space between you and the next person. The facility itself is sparkling clean. There wasn't ever a point during my experience from start to finish where I felt like social distancing was an issue. Everyone was considerate of each other and efficient in entering and exiting. The staff are incredible and truly want to encourage you to be your best self, which is why I find myself back here to practice. NO ONE judges you for what you can or cannot do. They always remind you to do the best you can even if that means modifying some of your poses. I'm so happy The Hot Room finally joined the Fishers community! read more

So the class was great, and I worked up a great sweat. However, I will not return until they have better covid protocols in place. I have been in other gyms and have not felt uncomfortable. However, the hot room was packed and I was left w less than 24 inches of space between me and the person next to me. They had spacers on the floor (some had been moved). These appeared to be 3 ft apart. However, once you add a person and a mat, you have around 24in of space. Some people had less bc others has shifted the spacers to give them more room. As the covid rates are rising in Hamilton county this seems very irresponsible. If this doesn't bother you, then you will prob love this place. However, if you like to feel safe during a workout you might want to wait to try this place out. read more
