We had almost all our upstairs and downstairs windows replaced about eight years ago with vinyl replacement windows and have not been thrilled with them. The five windows that we had that were still aluminum and had not been replaced in our living room, we decided to just have the glass replaced and not go with vinyl. We called Coronado glass and screen. Armando came out the day after we called him. He seemed very knowledgeable and we saw that he had good reviews on Yelp. His quote seemed reasonable. Less than two weeks later, he installed our new window glass. They look fabulous and we are extremely pleased. Armando is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is getting new glass for their aluminum windows. He also was very neat and cleaned up after himself. It was a two day job, and on day one when he came to start on the window install, I asked him if he could give me a price on two new screens with frames for two of the windows that I want to open on occasion. When he showed up the next morning, he finished the installing of the windows and put the two new screens on. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing for the screens. He was done in 2 days. He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. Our development has an HOA, so I kept the same paint color. I didn't realize how faded my house paint was, until now. Big difference. Looks great.
