Took deposit by phone so I didn't have to go anywhere. Very simple. Josh (the Owner) came out to do measurements to make sure I selected correct size then they order the door. He is very courteous and respectful. Spoke so that I could understand everything that was going to happen and what came with the door and install. Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! I checked around and their price was comparable to the prices of other companies. In this day and age, I'll pay top price for Honesty and Integrity all day long. Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well. Raul is skilled, professional, and clearly very experienced. He takes the time to do things the right way and find the best solution. I highly recommend him for any door repairs.
