I've had a few bad experiences over the last 2 years I've been going here. I kept going because they are on my way to work. They are way overpriced. I came by this week and they sold me a vape that wouldn't even turn on. When I brought it back they wouldn't exchange it. They wasted my time and money. Don't waste your time here. Horrible customer service. Young white dude with blue eyes and neck tattoos has a bad attitude. I went in with my stamp card and bought two vapes so I earned a free one. He aggressively told me "you have to get your free vape now". Like wtf I get places have policies but he didn't need to talk to me crazy. Everytime I go in there they NEVER say hi and NEVER act nice. They treat people as if it's a privilege to shop there. BYE. I'll take my business to the other 10 neighboring smoke shops with better service, prices, and attitudes. I wonder how many other customers they've lost because they think they can't talk to people crazy for no reason. Not business people at all. These guys are so sweet to both myself and my husband. My husbands a military vet, he gets a little shy when I send him to run errands or pick things up for me and he made friends in this little shop REAL FAST. We usually go in for shisha, coals, and the occasional water pipes they are so knowledgeable. Eager to help and don't mind sitting to chat about flavors or opinions of the product they carry. I have been a regular customer for 3 years. This is the only smoke shop I ever go to. They have the best customer service in my opinion. There's a huge selection of disposable vapes, and tobacco products. They also have a big selection of pieces like bongs, pipes, or nectar collectors, there's even some silicone pieces there as well. I meet a amazing young lady for a blind date. She got her vape and I got some drinks. We left to go hangout and about 2 hours later I needed to make a purchase. I realized my wallet was gone. I search for but no luck. Realized the last place I was is M&I smoke shop. Gave them a call and they had found it on the floor. Went and got it and got a second date out of it so overall worked out. And plan on going back to get a new piece as they had a hell of a selection. And dude even threw in a lighter because my dumb lost my lighter looking for my wallet. If I could give zero stars for this review and still leave a comment I would. I went to this place after reading the reviews of what an amazing place this was. Amazing! Remember that's where my heads at walking in... Now picture getting there and half mask wearers half not... ok whatever.. try to talk to someone about getting a vape pen for CBD... ok so after talking to 3 different people; finally what appears to be the man in charge asks the lady in there to help me.. kinda nice; kinda meh... ok so she's helping me.. telling me what she likes and me telling her I know nothing about it and bring in the device I'm familiar with.. just seemed a bit like I was being buggy.. but I really was looking for information. Especially if I am spending money on this product. Ok fast forward, she told me one that I liked it would be compatible with CBD.. ooh perfect! No one offered juice so I went to the CBD store. 2 doors down... this guy sets up the vape for me.. I DRY hit it... one hit.. ok.. two hit.. ok.. THIRD HIT... mouth full of juice! Ummm ewww!! So now I'm a bit irritated right? So I ask my cousin to take the receipt and ask them if they could look at it as I was still working with this guy at the CBD store... she walks over there then comes back a few minutes later and said, "he tried it, and says it's fine; no refunds"... ok so lemme state that I get no refunds; I understand the concept... but if I was in there less then 5 min prior and got a vape that spit juice in my mouth, and you PUT YOUR MOUTH ON IT..... then refuse to give me a refund bc you say.. I put my mouth on it... ummm are you kidding? Then tells me to call the police ; so naturally.. I do. I want my money back just for the sole fact that you put your MOUTH on my vape that I just paid for... police are in their way; man in charge n his side man let me know that I have to wait outside; I let them know I will stay inside until I am refunded; they continue on and tell me they can physically remove my 130lbs self.. I laugh hysterically and dare them to touch me... he laughs and says he would never; yet he's the one that brought it up... then gives me my money back.. and honestly this is the best part; he said.. "I WANT YOU TO COME BACK; I just don't want to argue." Ummm what you think I'm coming back. You don't even have human decency. You were in the wrong the moment you had some girl help buy something that clearly had no idea what she was talking about just to be there when I have an issue with her SALE; and she leaves to go home.. if anything I'd personally would have made her stay and handle her situation. She sold me that vape that clearly was not compatible with CBD; and then left her manager to deal with it; whom apparently that means to put his mouth on it. I would do yourself a favor and really consider that smoke shop that's .4 miles away. Or any other one on the planet; bc even if you purchase something n it's all good; imagine the experience if it's not. Ew. read more

Went here and they had what I needed, smokeless tobacco. It was cheaper than Fry's right next door. Huge inventory of water pipes if that's your thing. People are friendly. If they don't have what you need they will order and stock it just for you. What else can you ask for? As for the kids and the whippets, maybe we should be rating the kid's parents one star. I'm sure the use of whippets is just scratching the surface regarding what these "kids" are up to. We are not talking 11 year olds here. read more

Absolutely DO NOT go here. First the sleazy son sold me a vape pen that was no longer in production & there is no way to buy the coils for. I went in & said I had no experience w vapes. It had 1 coil & was shot the first night I used it. I called the place the next day & got the run around. I did not live in the area so I did not go back for a month. I took this vape to several other smoke shops. I was told this Evod pen had different parts that were not Evod. And that you can no longer get the coils. I even contacted the company in China. I went back to M & T to ask why they would sell me an expensive vape that I can not get replacement coils. You know they would have told me abt needing coils & upsell me at the time of purchase. I had no idea that the coils would need to be replaced. And they knew they were getting one over on me since I told them I did not have experience. Asked to speak to the owner & When confronted he became very confrontational. Absolutely terrible treatment. They are sleazy sleazy people. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else read more
