I had the pleasure of working with Innovate Fast back in Sep of 2018. I knew Robin specialized in online marketing for medspas and health clinics. We first met I told him in depth what we needed as a company. I was capable of doing facebook ads on my own, but what I was not capable of doing is why I came to them. This included automated email marketing, social media management, website updates, branding, video content and graphics design services. Robin put together a proposal of how they would accomplish everything from month to month and included in there fb ads as well, which I viewed as a bonus because it would shift my focus to daily operations of the business. I paid about $3560/month for their all inclusive services. They began in Sep after first payment was made, got our initial campaign up for the fb ads and laid out a game plan for the rest of everything else. We were supposed to get weekly reports and meetings as part of the package but this only happened once every 2 to 3 weeks. First 3 months go by and all that was done was video content for fb ads, a couple of social media posts, maybe 1 email blast, and some leads for services we offer. About 3 months into this we had a meeting with Robin and told him we were dissatisfied because they were not providing the services agreed to in the contract, he listened and apologized for not communicating directly that the social media management, email blasts, site updates were all in this "web of content" they had and that they like to post it all at once for an omnipresence and branding. We gave them 2 more months and they did a little better with regard to keeping up with what was outlined in the contract, but wasted 3 months worth of our time and resources. The site updates took forever and had misspellings and pictures not set up correctly and just overall unprofessional job was done. If it was presented to me that all they did was fb ads, then we would have gone a different direction. But our business was earned on a misrepresentation. read more
