Initially their printing and services were excellent - they offered advice, color matching and the end product was excellent. Over the 10 months their quality dropped dramatically - even with simple repeat orders. We had logos that were meant to be centered about 1-2 inches off center; print that was meant to be to the side of the shirt simply place in the center, skewed aspect ratios and incorrect colors - even though it was a simple reprint. The last order we placed had to be sorted through and we removed about 50% of the shirts as they were misprinted. Initially the company offered compensation for the previous order and store credit, but the last shipment we received radio silence and no offer of compensation or refund. In talking to them on the previously bad run, they mentioned changes in operations and issues they were trying to iron out... seems like it's just getting worse. Try them if you want to take the risk - their pricing is good and they have the potential - but it's a big risk.
