We had searched and interviewed and gathered estimates for our kitchen countertops for quite a while. After comparing we realized that the price Innovate Stone quoted for our quartz countertops was sooooo much lower than any of the competition that, frankly, my husband thought there had to be a catch somewhere. Well, there was no catch!!! They gave us the address of a warehouse where we had a chance to see a big slab of the material we selected, then the crew came to our house to measure and do the templet. They kept their appointment even though it was right after Hurricane Cindy and they did know till the last minute if they could get gasoline to make a rather long trip to our house. The guys worked hard, finishing by candle light, and took very precise measurements . We have an old house, nothing is level or straight. It was not an easy job. Yet, when the countertops arrived 4 days later, the fit was perfect. They did an amazing job and what impressed me most was an effort one of the installers put into finding a way to install my soap dispenser. It looked that with the new sink there was no room to install the soap dispenser which I had purchased and really wanted to have. He saw my disappointment and figured out a way to fit it in which meant for him to spend half an hour in the most uncomfortable position. I was very grateful!!! Before they left, the kitchen was vacuumed, all debris removed, countertops left shiny and spotless. We love our new countertops and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole process . Dealing with Innovate Stone is a pleasure and we would recommend them to our closest friends. We also liked the fact that they are a small business ,and in todays economy we feel it is important to support small local businesses so they can survive! And if anybody cares for my opinion about which material to use for kitchen, i will say go with quartz ! Does not stain, no need to seal and cleans with water and soft towel. Looks terrific!!!!! I am writing today about my experience with Innovate Stones.... as part of my bathroom remodel I was looking to have Caesarstone countertops installed. I called EVERY stone company in Somerset, Middlesex, and Hunterdon counties that carried Caesarstone and not 1 could help me without forcing me to buy an entire slab of stone when I needed only 12 square feet. I finally found Innovate Stones who could not only help me but did it with great customer service. On my first phone call I worked with Dante who was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the product and setup my measurement appt to be within days of my call. And I must mention how inexpensive my quote was compared to any other company I had worked with. The fellow that came out to install was also very pleasant and personable. He was on time and knowledgeable about the installation process. I received a follow up call to confirm my quote and installation date which was ONLY 5 business days! Again, the installation crew showed up as promised. There was a supervisor to oversee the install and make sure I was satisified. We had a slight issue with our sinks not fitting the width of our cabinets, my fault as I supplied the sinks, they were able to route out a section of my cabinet walls to make sure everything went in without a problem. I'd say they went above and beyond to complete the install when most companies would have thrown up their hands and told me to call them to come back when I had the issue resolved. The install was perfect, everything is straight, the holes for sinks perfect, the caulk on the edges perfect, the finish on the stone defect free. I cannot say enough how pleased I am and I will definately choose Innovate Stones for my next project as well as recommend them to others! read more

When we made the decision to upgrade our kitchen, we researched the internet. After visiting numerous online sites, we created a list of businesses to visit and Innovate Stone was on that list. The staff at Innovate Stone was very helpful and so patient. They answered all of our questions and we felt confident that Innovate Stone was the best choice for us. We wanted the granite counters to be the focal point of our kitchen. We knew what we wanted and after weeks of looking at slabs of granite in the tri-state area, Dante helped us find it, Labradorite. We went to the warehouse where it was located, examined several slabs of the same stone and made our choice. Even though it was an exotic stone, Diego worked with us to keep the price within our budget. When the slab was delivered to Innovate Stone for fabrication, Dante saw flaws and called us in to show us. We knew immediately that it was not the slab we had chosen. Dante accompanied us, right then and there, to the place where we had made the purchase. We found the correct slab - a mistake had been made. With Dante's help, the slab was delivered to Innovate Stone that same day making it possible for our install to proceed on schedule. I engaged Innovate Stones as my granite counter top provider in May 2012 to finish off my newly renovated Kitchen. I shopped multiple providers, some as close as right around the corner from me in Scotch Plains, but Innovate Stones ended up being right for me. No let me explain, the prices were more or less within the same range no matter who we spoke to, so bedside manner is what it came down to. I spoke with Dante in customer service, visited the company after setting up an Appointment and they were very attentive, receptive, friendly and extremely professional. Quotes, Invoices and Installation schedules were all met with timeliness of delivery. The installers were also very friendly and very much about getting the job done. The Granite was superb, well polished and the backsplash was awesome and gave the countertop the finish and detail that made it pop. The experience was a great one and I have recommended them to anyone I know looking to change their kitchen countertops. Fabio was my salesperson at Innovative Stones, and he was by far one of the most-professional building materials associates I have ever dealt with. My home in Lake Hiawatha, which had been flooded by Hurricane Irene, was finally coming together this past November. My regular contractor was unable or unwilling to find a quartz counter top at a price that I could afford, and we really wanted to have our kitchen finished by Thanksgiving. I contacted a host of stone suppliers online and by phone. Fabio at Innovate Stones was the only one who took time to understand my circumstances and needs, and he patiently explained all of my options and helped me select a counter top that was of the quality we wanted and that was well within our price range. It has come to my attention that Innovate Stones has been bombarded with negative reviews from comapnies and individuals whom they have never dealt with, and do not post their personal information. It was also brought to my attention that this website Yelp has been notified of these incidences and has done nothing to substantiate these reviews. I am a commercial contractor. In the past two years I have used Innovates (Stones) on well over 30 projects. Their work is impecable, they are congenial, prompt, pricing beyond reasonable, and they provide professional workmanship. As far as using Yelp, in this regard, they have displayed unprofessional behavior in not vetting complaints by a customer under FALSE attack. I worked with Innovative Stones when my house was damaged from Hurricane Sandy. We were replacing our formica countertop and wanted to get granite, but not spend so much as we were limited in our budget. I shopped around a bit.Went to the big box stores such as Lowes, Home Depot and one or two local kitchen places. I didn't like the selection I was given nor was their service so wonderful. It felt like they were doing me a favor to do my countertops and they really couldn't care much about my situation. Each place told me how it was going to take weeks to get the countertops ordered, installed delivered and that once I started the process I would be without a counterop and sink for at least a month. When I went to Innovate Stones, they were so accomodating and friendly. They worked within my budget to find me exactly what I wanted and were able to get it done in less than 2 weeks time from start to finish. Their installation crew was professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up everything. I am completely satisfied with Innovate Stones and do not believe the bad reviews out there. Over the summer, I renovated my very small kitchen in my studio apartment in upper Manhattan. Initially, I worked with another company in the city for my flooring and countertop. Once I reached the point of needing the countertop, I was given a few estimates with very inflated prices; I was told there was a minimum amount of material that I had to buy. I hesitated for quite some time before deciding to go with quartz counter tops. I took a long time investigating various fabricators and settled on Innovate stones because of their excellent rating by the Better Business Bureau. When we visited the store, they had an enormous selection and even had the Cambria Quartz material that we had pre-selected from the internet. The fabrication was completed quickly and the install went very well in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen install was a bit difficult because the previous owner had notched and fitted the old counter top under the back splash so the installers had to remove the notched area in order to install the new top flush. They did a perfect job and you'd never know anything had been altered. The price was excellent and we even got a discount. Since we got the sinks from them too, we got them at cost - good quality and way below what the big-box stores charge for poor quality merchandise. I highly recommend these guys - check the Better Business Bureau website if you don't believe me. read more

I could not be more pleased with my new kitchen, especially my gorgeous quartz and cesarstone countertops from Innovate Stones. My cabinet maker gave me a quote for the exact same countertops which was WAY over my budget. I started poking around to see if I could find something similar but less expensive and found Innovate during a Google search for a the same DuPont product ( Zodiac.) I hopped in my car and took the drive to Linden where I met Paula. I gave her my plans and she gave me a number and my jaw dropped to the floor. 40% less for the exact same counters! We ordered right away, and the templater came within two days of my cabinet installation and my GORGEOUS new counters were delivered and installed...meticulously and perfectly just one week later. The team at Innovate were helpful, cheerful and just really seamless to work with! The installation guys were super nice, meticulous, did a beautiful job and left my kitchen in perfect condition. I recently renovated my entire home in Newark, NJ. The kitchen needed the most renovation by far. I shopped around for granite countertops and settled on a company (also located in Linden, NJ) who also sold me my kitchen cabinets. Their selection was minimal, but I figured I'd get it all done in one shot. A few days after, I saw a television commercial for Innovate Stones. I stopped by their showroom and was amazed at the selection. I was upset, however, that the other place fit my budget better. My sales guy totally worked with me though. All I had to do was show my estimate from the other place and Innovate Stones matced the price for exactly the granite piece that I wanted. They even discounted an undermount sink to seal the deal. It was truly a no brainer. Although their installation team showed up late for their appointment (that's why I deducted a star), they knew exactly what they were doing and the outcome was perfect. Innovate Stones has just finished the third house for us and it gets better each time THe first house they did for us wa s great they came up with ideas and solutions that were great. The second house was for my son and they went above and beyond to help me due to the fact he lost his house during hurricane Irene. The third house was a new one we just built. We were very undecided on the style granite we wanted and described to them our color seam they then walked us thru what they thought would work for us. we still could not decide. About a week later they called us to say they found something we should look at. We went down and could believe what a fantastic piece of granite they found for us it was beyond our expectations. We updated our kitchen counters from wood-trimmed Formica to granite. We spent a lot of time talking with various companies and ended up with Innovate Stones. Diana was absolutely a pleasure to work with and despite setbacks on our end she was patient and just a delight to work with. The stone selection was mind-boggling but we worked through the options and settled on our choice- we were/are very happy with it. Their demo team was efficient and the installation team was absolutely fantastic. My plumber, who reinstalled the faucets, was impressed with the detail in coloring the epoxy to join the piece at the sink. Early last year we purchased a granate countertop for the center island of our walk in closet and could not be happier. We were so happy that when we renovated our kitchen this summer we immediately went back to Fabio. Our kitchen has over 100 square feet of Cambria covering 5 countertops. One of the slabs was very large and needed a lot of difficult fabrication for the farmers sink and bumped out eating area. When we were ready for the countertops Innovate Stones delivered when they said and installed professionally.
