All issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of all. The property they renovated was 50 years old, yet they were able to meld old with new and preemptively replace infrastructure that was overdue for failure along the way at a lower cost. Jackson Moore, the owner, was the only person out of three estimates to take the time to find the rare wood it would take to keep from replacing the whole downstairs; saving a lot of money. They did a fabulous job matching the new wood with the old wood. When the job was complete, you could not tell the new wood from the old. The whole floor looked new and still does. Recently we had a new oven installed and the workers scratched the floor. Moore came right out to repair the floor. Very satisfied with the service.
