I am a very direct person and when talking to John (the owner), I was very upfront about my project and the workmanship of my project. I also asked them about a negative review that I had read and they were very upfront about the situation and their explanation was absolutely believable. I chose a flooring and also wanted the staircase steps to be changed. We were away on a trip and I got an email from John telling me that he didn't think I would like the way the stairs would finish. He was 100% accurate in his assumption. We decided to change the manufacturer for a staircase that I would like. We scheduled a start date/time and lo and behold, Conrad WAS THERE at the scheduled date/time! Anyone who lives in the mountains knows that this is a rare occurrence! Conrad was courteous, answered so many questions I had, listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly. He had a helper with him and between the two, were so helpful in moving furniture and making sure I was happy 100% of the time. When the job was complete, IN THE TIME PROMISED, I could not have been more pleased. My floor is beautiful, professionally installed, and I could not be happier about it.
