Mica and Jenn sent several crews specializing in the various phases of work and in five days our problems were solved. 1400 square feet of nasty filthy 100 year old insulation was removed and the entire attic was wiped down and disinfected. We can now look forward to healthier and better quality of life thanks to Restoration One. We highly recommend them and would bring them back again if and when the next disaster happens.

My kitchen suffered water damage which lead to asbestos, and my family was without a functioning kitchen for three months. After repeatedly trying to get updates, I had to contact my insurance company for help and was ultimately assigned a new contractor to complete the work. During the project, Restoration 1's crew damaged the water line to my refrigerator, and despite reporting it, it was never repaired. I also objected to Restoration 1 receiving additional payment because of the poor quality of work and lack of service. To my knowledge, the insurance check was cashed without my endorsement, I discovered the check had been desposted without my signature which was required. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress for me and my family. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should know the lack of communication service, and poor customer service, and unresolved issues we experienced. Kathy K

Hired Integrity Environmental for a real estate pre-purchase mold air test. Their report stated…read morethere were "...mold concentrations that we would expect to find in a structure..." and included no written observations, despite saying they perform a visual inspection and document visible mold or structural issues: "Your report may include written observations taken by your InstaScope® operator. Your operator performs a visual inspection of your home and provides documentation of mold on surfaces where visible and observations related to structural conditions conducive to mold growth." Just over a month later -- after closing and new health symptoms -- another company found elevated airborne mold levels and visible mold growth on floor joists in the crawlspace. These were issues I believe should have been documented during the first inspection. Remediation cost me $8,500. I provided Integrity with the follow-up reports, inspection notes, and invoices, and made four attempts to resolve the matter - but here we are. Buyers should know: what's left out of a report can be just as impactful as what's in it.

The president/owner called and was not nice, kinda forcing us to pay the higher price, trip charges. Thank God for audio, video recording devices in our home, yup, he pulled, the he said she said scheme. We also have emails. It didnt work out for them to get more money from us so they emailed us and cancelled us for planned further testing and revised the bill to the estimate price. I dont think this is Integrity?
