I needed to get ahold of Terrance Moon and Jamie Getek and no one was answering my calls. instead, I had to get ahold of a Technicians to find out what was going on with my house. hopefully, those technicians finally got paid if not. Bought a new house and was really stressed out about taking the plunge to wall mount my tv over my fireplace. Finally decided on Innovation Technologies after seeing awesome reviews on Google and through a recommendation of my good friend. I was fortunate to catch them with a last minute opening and the tech came in and quickly got to work on measuring and getting the bracket up for me. I also have requested to find a way to hidetthe cord from my sound bar to go behind the wall. My set up looks clean and the tech told me to contact them back if I want to add more things to it so they can customize a few things behind the wall. I was shown how to adjust the TV as I opted for a bracket that can swivel out 90 degrees. Pricing is extremely fair and look online for specials and coupons. Give em a call and tell them what you want done and they will make it happen. Just be sure you know what type of bracket you want (flush or swivel like mine) as pricing obviously varies with that. read more

This company came highly recommended on neighborhood network. The technician was great on the phone and asked me to send a photo of our television and devices connected to us, which I did. He returned my email right away and I was very pleased - and he said he'd get back in touch soon. I didn't hear from him for 5 days, so I sent a second email asking what the status of the project is. It's been 3 days since that email and still no communication back from them. Needless to say, I'm now moving on to find a more reliable company. read more

These guys were double in price but was sold on their professionalism and work. I wanted to have my speakers/system installed correctly so I went with them. Big Mistake. They canceled my appointment 1 hour before my scheduled appointment to reschedule for the next day, went over the estimate, took longer to install than what I was told and the job wasn't done correctly (Audio is ahead of the picture). When I called to explain the situation to them & that it wasn't correct, moon became very combative. Here is the best part, they said that they would come back out for a $118 service fee! No Thanks. Just shocked on how they treat their customers. I do not recommend. I paid more $ to have innovation tech do the work & now I have to pay (A different company) even more $ to fix it. read more

Mr Moon (owner?) quoted me a $2000+ WiFi install. We put down $1000 deposit. Tech came, and within one hour we determined that the project was not feasible as quoted. We called Mr Moon on-the-spot to notify that we needed to cancel the project. He said 'no worries, we will just charge time/materials and refund you the difference from your deposit'. Since then, I have not received refund. I have called and emailed Mr Moon multiple times. I have spoken to him and an employee of his, and it is clear that they are intentionally avoiding the refund ("we will look into it and get back to you"... 5 times in a row). What a shame because they previously installed three TVs at our house and did a great job. I hate to leave a 1 star review on a small business, but this company is shady :-( read more

Unprofessional and dishonest. I advise all to steer clear of this company. I was quoted for a security camera installation system, and put down a deposit just shy of $500. Upon arrival of technician, the price quote increased by upwards of $1,500 from agreed upon quote. I was very specific as to the job that would be required. This is not the issue. This is understandable after tech assessed the scope of work in person. The inexcusable part is that after deciding to cancel the project, I was told the deposit refund would take 7-10 days to process. 28 days and six phone calls later without a response, I am still seeking my refund. Moon, who schedules appointments and creates price quotes is disingenuous, and a very shady character - that comes from the mouths of current and former employees - not me. I needed 5 security cameras installed in my two-story home. This was a huge job b/c the workincluded interior and exterior installation. The estimator miscalculated how long the job would take, and after a few hours, the workers knew that they were going to be here for a while. First and foremost I was contacted by one of their call center reps who set me up to install a hard wired doorbell as well as 4 POE cameras. The initial quote with EVERYTHING installed came to roughly 500.00. Well when Moon showed up we chatted so much about motorcycles that he wasn't really working half the time. Then came the fun part, he said he couldn't do the doorbell. Why? The rep that took the order got it wrong. So then at the very end when it came to pay my bill I was expecting a lower bill because they would be removing the doorbell install. NO that wasn't the case, the bid actually went UP another 200+ dollars because the "Discount" I was receiving on the doorbell was removed. I called around to get quotes to mount my new flat screen onto my wall above my fireplace and found Moon's knowledge and quote to be the best match for me. Ryan and Moon came to install the TV and they were professional and friendly. They fished all the wires into my walls as I requested overcoming some tricky wall issues. Despite obstacles they encountered, their price quote did not change which I greatly respected because I believe every customer's biggest fear is that the quote won't be the final price. Well with Moon and Ryan the price remained the same, so I highly recommend this company to my friends and family. They got their work done making the end result look amazing even zip tying all of the wires away behind the TV so they weren't hanging down. My story is too long to even write on Yelp, but my only piece of advice would just be to pay close attention to the pricing quoted and get multiple competitive quotes before you settle on the quote given by Lena at Innovation Tech. There were at least two occasions during the process of searching for a vendor that I found that I didn't really need to be charged what I was being charged. It mainly had to do with unnecessary charges for cables. I felt like Lena was unaware of the actual process of mounting a TV and installing an outlet behind the TV to know what materials were actually necessary. And, I kept getting bills for more "add-ons" that were truly unnecessary. I got incredibly deep in the process with Innovation Tech, so I settled by using their service, but I was MUCH happier with the process when Visolution did our last house of TV installs and full house sound/surround sound. No problems whatsoever with them, and they did an EXCELLENT job. As I mentioned above, this story was just the tip of the iceberg...I could go on and on about my experience. The TV was not level and they tried to charge me again for them to come out and fix it. I have so much bad stuff to say about this company. Beware of Brandon on the phone and email. I had Innovation Technologies install a new wall-mounted TV, AV receiver, and universal remote to work in multiple indoor and outdoor zones. The installation was complex and took multiple days. Moon was so patient and thorough in finalizing the setup and programming. He made great recommendations and answered all my dumb questions. The technician showed up over an hour late and called to let me know that he had to go pick up the parts for my job. I think this should have been done the night before since we were the first job of the day. Then he shows up alone where this is clearly a two man job estimated by the company to be a 4 hour job. The technician was here over 8 hours and did have a helper for about 45 minutes. I had a 65" flat screen moved from the family room to the living room, this was a complete installation including bracket, two shelf stack and wiring as needed including hiding the wiring, this install when completed had the shelf stack off center by a foot or more from the center of the t.v. I told the technician that was unacceptable and he moved it more towards center however it remains about an inch off center. Second part of the job was to install a new bracket in the family room and install the new 65" flat screen OLED T.V. over the sound bar and two shelf stack already in place. Upon completion the T.V. was off center and tilted to one side. The installer had to be shown where this off center and tilted again I told him this was unacceptable. I would not use this company again, they seemed to be unprepared and underestimate the time and personnel for the job. The person who bid the job told me it would take about two hours. read more
