If you're looking for a company that will be your partner on the journey to installing/upgrading your home theater, this is the one! Seth and his team were very responsive, friendly, and had a clear focus on customer satisfaction. In addition to making sure that the picture and sound quality were great, they made sure that the installation was completed within the estimated time and budget, and was aesthetically pleasing as well. My particular home theater upgrade was not the largest and/or most expensive job that they have tackled, but they still took the job very seriously which was greatly appreciated. I've been into technology most of my life and home theater since 1998, and I appreciated the fact that Seth and his team treated this knowledge as an asset in the process rather than a liability. We worked well together to upgrade an existing home theater system to a newer one while still retaining the multi-room functionality and quality of the system for music playback as well as movie playback. The wall where the TV and front three speakers were going to be installed had a lot of limitations which prevented replacing on-wall speakers with in-wall speakers, and instead of being frightened off by this challenge like other companies were, they worked with me to come up with a solution which involved reorienting the on-wall speakers so I could retain the sound quality I was used to, but still fit the larger LCD television. One of the conditions of purchasing a new universal remote from them was to make sure that I had the ability to make changes/updates myself (I've programmed many universal remotes over the years including the Philips Pronto TS1000, Philips Pronto TSU3000, and Logitech Harmony Elite), and they made sure to set me up with access to the tools I needed to be able to make changes in the future. During our house remodel we decided to convert an old coat closet into a media center of sorts and ditch the TV cord clutter. Ran into a slight problem with my TV unit which has an AppleTV hooked into the system. When we played movies on our NET FLEX programs, we were not able to hear the audio. My long overdue review of ATD!....Great company, great installers and most of all great service! They installed wi-fi, cable outlets and more throughout my house last year. Called them again on Black Friday for a new tv and blue ray and got a better deal with them than the big BB store. Their service can not be beat. The absolute best! We wanted a 70" flat screen installed over our fireplace, with Apple TV, Blue Ray, cable, and surround sound, with no wires or components showing. Also, wanted speakers on our side and back patios. We put out calls to three companies. Seth from Aire Theater was first to return our call, then came out the very next day and evaluated our needs. He was quick, professional, and very much a consultant rather than a salesman. Installers Danny and Chuck were equally professional and very knowledgable. They installed the TV and patio audio, as well as a six-foot component rack in a separate utility room (wired through the attic and controlled wirelessly via iPad) and programmed the entire system over three days' time. So the only thing in our family room is the TV on the wall and the iPad on the coffee table. Very clean. Seth was out here every day to check progress and answer questions. We got a high-end system at a reasonable price. It sounds and looks great (we may never go to a theater again!) and the service was terrific. Can't recommend ATD highly enough. read more
