Unfortunately, after the roof replacement, we noticed a serious problem that had never occurred before. During heavy rain, water began pouring down the front of our house, and water also started seeping into the front of our basement, leaving the carpet wet. We investigated and discovered that the eavestrough was filled with old and new shingles, along with nails and other debris. We contacted the roofing company and asked them to return to inspect the roof and clean up the debris. We called several times and were told they were very busy and would come within a few days. We ended up waiting almost one month. Last week, we were specifically told someone would come today at 9:30 a.m. but nobody showed up. Since then, our calls have gone directly to voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating, particularly because the issue has resulted in water entering our basement. We expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem promptly, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Robert's Reliable Roofing.

Twice last summer they came out to pull a bunch of tiny creeping weeds in all of my flower beds. You know those invasive weeds that creep along the ground? I showed them exactly what to pull out and they cleaned up all of my flower beds. They helped with fall cleanup too. They have always arrived on time and went right to work without wasting any time. I walk around my house and show them exactly what I want to be done​ and then they get to work. Once they are done working, the owner of the company sends you an invoice which you can pay online. Finally, every time I've reached out to the owner to schedule work I have gotten a quick response and the work scheduled reasonably quick--normally within a day or two. I normally text him with my request, name, address and that's all I have to do.

They eventually came out and did a deal coat, which didn't fix anything. For over 2 years now they keep saying they will come out to fix, but they never have. Here are a few other things to consider: 1. The son kept saying that I should work with him because he will make it right. He has been telling me for 2 years that he would come, but he's been "too busy" to come out. 2. When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.
