He wouldn't have wondered off since he's blind, sweet natured, lovable not like most Chihuahua's. Upon calling the company very insensitive. There should be records to tell me what contractor was in my yard. Having a fur baby for 13 yrs they are family.. not just a dog.. UPDATE: it's been 5 days this company finally got back to me with a forward pic stating the contractor took a pic of deceased animal saying that's the way they found him.. How Cold!! But there isn't any remains.. what happened to them.. (5) days later the field operator forwards this pic #2 how cold & where if the remains?? What did Spectrum do with my precious Elvis remains..

As credit cards take percentages of the bill for themselves; this company is not run with any financial knowledge. I have had a overpayment balance for years but now they say, they did not get the money, automatically sent by my bank. The bank proves they sent it but obviously, someone that is suppose to work in collections had misplaced the check. Terrible. I will be changing carriers. Too much money on advertising and not enough on keeping customers.

    DOITALLGRAPHICS COMPLAINT…read more I have a very unpleasant task. To warn friends & neighbors about a local business: Ted Jaczuk of Do It All Graphics. Web site: https://doitallgraphics.com/home. On 4/26/24 I instructed him to proceed with his proposal to provide 5000 sheets of 100# matte perforated golf scorecards. On that day I paid an $85 printer setup charge for which I was to receive software for future orders. I have not received this software. Jaczuk emailed that proofs would be ready by 5/6/24. On 5/15 Jaczuk emailed that he was running late because 'broke his ankle' and would 'call when the stock was ready'. On 5/20, I (stupidly) paid a $492 invoice for 50% of the contract price. On 5/28 Jaczuk invoiced me for the remaining $492. Many, many emails & phone messages to Jaczuk were sent. Unanswered. Then, on 5/28 a phone call from him stating the product would be available on 6/6/24. On 6/5/24 I receive an 'overdue' invoice for the remaining $492. On 6/17/24 Jaczuk advised the product was ready. He delivered the forms to my home & wanted full payment. I insisted that I run them through my printer before I issued the final payment. Problem: the forms were printed on GLOSSY paper, not matte. Printing was nearly impossible without smearing & the paper wouldn't accept normal pencil annotations. Jaczuk argued that this was 'what I ordered' even in the face of total documentation to the contrary. I've repeatedly asked him to either deliver what we paid/contracted for or issue a refund. More silence. Hard to imagine how an individual can survive running a business this poorly. I chose him, in part, because of 'good references' on Yelp, Facebook, etc. This will change. A shame. Seems like a nice guy.
