The lady who answers the phone doesn't give you any information about your delivery time she just transfers you to a voicemail that no one seems to respond to. We were given a timeframe for delivery only to be told by Basset that our furniture is coming an hour outside of that window but the lady who answers doesn't help verify information she just transfers customers to voice messaging machines. Terrible delivery and customer service. This company delivers for Bassett Furniture and doesn't care one bit about the customer experience. They promised to deliver my item within a specific time and then left a different time range via voicemail. When I called to say that the new time would not work for me, I was told by a very rude employee that "we take delivery times very seriously", suggesting I had made up the story about the initial phone call/delivery schedule. She could care less about customer service. She promised I would receive a call the next day to schedule a new delivery time, but that didn't happen. Seeing the other reviews, I'm not surprised. Now they show my item has been delivered and are not responding to email from a Bassett customer service agent trying to locate the furniture. I am as disgusted with Bassett as I am with Innovative Delivery. read more

I cannot wait to receive my order and be done with this joke of a business. They called me the first time last week and don't leave a voicemail. I had to google their number, figure out who they were and call back. If i didn't, who knows how long it would've taken them to reach out again. They call again yesterday and due to the fact I'm a normal person, couldn't answer because of work. I called back maybe 5 minutes after to verify and she tells me call back an hour later??? So because i work i didn't have a chance to call until today. I call to confirm and she says "everyone's already confirmed unless you're changing delivery dates" How is it confirmed if i never spoke with anyone? Who ever the dumb broad answering the phone is, she needs another training session on how to do her job. I let her know i never spoke to anyone so I'm calling to confirm. Terrible. I bought furniture from Natuzzi and this is the delivery service they use. I have bought furniture from many places, and this is by far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced in terms of delivery. Zero flexibility with scheduling, no desire to work with the customer. We begged and pleaded for a time frame a couple days ahead so we could plan, since they only deliver to our area of LA (Woodland Hills) one day a month. I plan on asking which delivery service a furniture store is using from now on, and if it is this company then I will buy elsewhere. Just terrible. read more

What a terrible company. They were supposed to deliver our order yesterday but couldn't make it. I understand things happen so we were okay to reschedule for the next day or something close. They rescheduled for another 2 weeks later. I called them and they said they were unwilling to make it earlier. Rep I talked to didn't care. I purchased by couch back in mid November and it said due to the holidays and covid that it would take 8-9 weeks for delivery after a status update that my couch was delivered to Innovative I reached out to see how quickly I could get scheduled. Angie is the BEST at her job and customer service. She was able to fit us in for this coming Wednesday so we could enjoy our new couch over the New Year holiday! This girl is top notch! She has the best voice to answer the phones so chipper and outgoing like you're having a conversation with a girlfriend! Definitely recommend this company but especially Angie! Angie was hands down AMAZING! Her professionalism, compassion and customer service was top notch. The furniture company I ordered from gave me an ETA of 6-7 weeks (back in May). It's now August so you can only imagine my frustration. But Angie handled it like a boss. My furniture finally arrived at Innovative Delivery System and booking my delivery date was another wait in itself but Angie went out of her way to help me find a sooner date, which by the way I'm extremely grateful for because she didn't have to do that. Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to manager about the scheduling request I submitted since the delivery had to be in the middle of the week because there were only 2 days as options! What kind of delivery company only has 2 options in a week?! The rep came back on the phone and told me the manager couldn't do anything. Finally got to talk to the manager after asking AGAIN and she was completely rude and unhelpful and basically told me the driver will be there earlier if there's no traffic. I was told the wire glove service is making sure the furniture is put together right. Clearly it has nothing to do with their service. read more

Horrible customer service from Priscilla. She got her dates wrong when booking the appointment. She booked me out two weeks ahead instead of one week ahead. She didn't apologize, didn't offer a solution, just paused and said "We all makes mistakes but I know i repeated the date and time back to you." First off....she didn't give me a time (that's why I called them first thing in the morning today find out arrival time) , second she didn't give a date she said "This coming Wednesday" which to me it generally means the following week not two weeks from present time. Very poor attitude....matches the service unfortunately. I left a message for John the manager so I will update this review when I hear back. I asked Priscilla to get me her manager and them a Lisa comes on the line. I ask if she is Priscilla's manager...she responds with "Well I'm not the typical manager that you want to speak with". What does that mean? That Priscilla borrowed a friend to take my call? So confused. Note: I called back to make sure they didn't cancel my appointment for next week and they didn't pick up. Just rang and rang about 10 times before the machine got it. There are three girls on the lines and apparently they were all busy seconds after I hang up with them? What a coincidence. I was given a three hour window and verified delivery twice. The three hour window came and went and no call from the company saying they wouldn't make the delivery window. I had to call to reschedule the delivery and they said the delivery van would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they showed up. Not reliable and no courtesy to call when they are behind on a three hour window. read more

Customer service here is VERY RUDE! This phone girl I spoke with about our delivery"Angie" should not be in the guest service position! I had to call 3 times to find out what time our delivery would be between for tomorrow and each time they said someone would call me, which was a lie! I call for the 3rd time today and Angie says your order will be delivered tomorrow and we can't change the time. I repeated to this girl, that is why I am calling, NO ONE HAS GIVEN ME THE TIME FRAME! we waited 5 weeks for our couch to be delivered but it was worth it. sergio and his driver were nice and very helpful. we lived in the 3rd floor and the elevator was too small for the couch so they had to take the stairs. furniture was setup nice with no problem or any damages. thank you! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not deliver on time. They will use any and every excuse you can think of to make it seem like you are being unreasonable. Was supposed to receive a delivery from 4pm to 7pm. "Previous appointment took longer than expected, we are lost in a subdivision and cannot find our way out, we cannot find your location, we are going to stop for diesel, and finally our truck broke down." Some of the excuses I received until 10pm the night of scheduled delivery. Spoke to Jerry or Jeremy the "manager/owner". No help! Did not receive all of my items the next day nor was I put on first run. They were an hour late to the second appointment, and showed up missing furniture so I had to wait on them for a third day for delivery. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I did not schedule with this company. They were subcontracted from a Coleman Furniture who is just as bad. Please use neither of these companies! They are a joke! read more

The worst white glove delivery I've ever used. I'm an interior designer and I tried 4 deliveries in the past year. Every single delivery was messed up, either then forgot to set one up for the day agreed upon, didn't do a call before on another, called my client that was ill when I specifically told them not to, and the best is when they didn't alert me there was a problem with the furniture, delivered it anyway. When I wanted to have it repaired and take it out of what I owed them they refused land told me I would have to pay them a trip fee! Then threatened to put a lien on the clients home!!! They don't stand behind there service and they can't get it right! read more
